I had the worst experience ever at this chili's location in jensen Beach. The Manger Rickey was so u profesional and the assistant Manger as well through out our dinner we had no service at all empty cups and dirty plates when asked what was going on Rickey told the party that a rude comment was made to the server and the party asked what was the comment because the Majorityof the party was outside. We just went to celebrate a close friends birthday and it was the worst day ever thanks to chili's

This is not in reference to the place itself. I was going to apply for a janitors job but Í canceled at that day. No reference to PAY because I don't work for love or the culture, Show me the money and how they treat potential employees dictates what they are when it comes to money.

3 for - menu is a great deal. Huge bacon burger, side, fries and drink under 15$ and less for other choices / options. Unlimited salsa and chips were awesome too! Good service and friendly staff . My only wish would be to turn the music down, too loud for my taste. Otherwise very good visit , will stop

The visit I made to Chili's recently didn't work out as I hoped. Several months ago, I received a $25 gift card to Chili's after achieving a health goal with my Health Insurance Co. This was the second time I have attempted to use the gift card for my online ordered food which I uploaded to my google wallet. Both times it appeared to be used as my payment and both times I later discovered that my debit card was charged. I suppose that glitch may be on Google. It is frustrating because I've spent $50 and still haven't been able to use my gift card.Next, I changed the sides I wanted with my steak. When I received my order, they gave me the standard sides. Also, I needed steak sauce, so I had to ask after they handed me my food. That took another several minutes to get. When placing my order, it did not offer a place to request condiments.The steak was fine, but I didn't eat the sides because they were not foods that I prefer.Will I go again? Yes. But next time I'll go inside and try to get assistance with the electronic gift card.

Although the party was reduced to 4 including a baby it was a very good time. The only thing that I would have liked was seafood but it was not on the menu by itselfKid-friendliness: As we were with a 7 month old the waitress was very accommodating

Tables and chairs are wobbly and nothing feels really clean. Hostess was indifferent. Waitress did the minimum to take our order and deliver the food. Generally understaffed. My food was great - hamburger and fries. My husband got wings and he said they tasted off. Manager said the wing sauce comes in a bag. He did what he could to make it right but overall, not a great visit.

I love chillies come here at least twice a week but tonight was horrible my food came out on soapy dishes the server was completely trash she spilled my food on me and never apologized for it, I tell you what I'm not ever coming back to this chillies because of this issue tonight. Outrageous and she is ignoring the guests and just talking in back. My shirt is dirty now so thanks for that.
