I will never order from them again as long as I live. I literally asked for the boneless spare ribs and they gave me the wrong food and made me pay for it. We will not be ordering from them again. That is absolutely ridiculous it says BONELESS RIBS ON THE NUMBER. THERE IS A SECOND NUMBER FOR BONE IN. NEVER

DELIVERED HOT! I ordered moo shu chicken I had moo shu chicken crab rangoons and fried dumplings and they were all delicious!
I wanted to love this place because they were open and busy on Christmas day. The staff were friendly, the place was clean and the complimentary hot tea was really GREAT. Sadly, the food was not good, at all. The lo mein noodles were over cooked and mushy. The boneless spare ribs had a funny taste, the Mongolian beef was white and weird looking and the fried rice just lacked the flavor I am used to from a Chinese restaurant. Sadly, we won't be back.

Purchased a lunch special to go. General Tsao Chicken, Fried Rice, Egg Roll and in addition, a pint of Wonton Soup. The bag was filled with over a dozen sauce packets, enough utensils for a family of four, but No Crispy Noodles for the Wonton soup. WHAT? In addition, there was no spice whatsoever to the General Tsao's. Needless to say, this is the last time I purchase from this establishment. As others have said the employees don't greet you, they look down w/o making eye contact and no "thank you"

I don't know what happened? My husband and I used to love China Kitchen. But the last two times we have gotten take out they screwed up our orders and gave us the wrong meat and we both got sick from our food. We deiced to give them another chance after getting sick but ended up getting sick again from there food. The meat looked like maybe it could have been undercooked.

Went in for lunch. Young man at counter was busy with his tablet and phone and didn't even look at me when I was wanting to order. After waiting approximately 10 mins a young lady that was busy stocking up dining room coolers and condiments finally ask to take my order. When I got my food home, there were issues with order. I called them to see about getting order corrected and you g man who answered would not correct order nor let me talk to anyone that could correct order. I was so disappointed with this place.
