I usually take my son here every time we go to the beach. I try to have something different every time and I've never been disappointed yet! The staff are extremely friendly and the ice cream is top notch!

I’m from Utah and have been a customer since the beginning, yesterday after work I wanted to experience the emotion of cold stone that I enjoyed as a kid with my brother who is no longer with us. I came in to the store very close to closing and I noticed it didn’t bother the worker and that he was happy I was there. This man proceeded to make the best looking Ice cream bowl I have had in my entire life at cold stone. This one is for Malik! You have an amazing talented person working for you and he knows it. Best ice cream maker in the business he told me. This isn’t just an ice cream talent. It’s one that transcends whatever this artist does. Man is going far. I would advise you to capitalize on this asset Malik while you can.

Very pricey for ice cream only can afford to bring my kids once in a while inside always clean most of the employees are lovely but some just seem as if they are in a bad mood never really busy.

Customer Service is DEAD!!! I visited this store twice over the last two weeks. The employees never acknowledged me or asked for my order on either visit. When I said thank you, the employee mumbled uh-huh. On the second visit there was a long black hair in my ice cream. When I showed the employee, he said that's weird nobody has hair like that here. Offered to make a new ice cream or a bottle of water, but by this time I don't want anything from this store. Never offered a refund, just puzzled employees thinking the situation is weird.

Regrettably, today's family visit was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival at approximately 2:30 pm, we noticed the store was nearly empty. Throughout our ordering process, the individual assisting us exhibited a noticeable attitude. Following the completion of our payment, I inquired about why the kids' ice cream wasn't mixed. To my surprise, I was informed that addressing this was considered a "waste" of the attendant's time. My inquiry was solely related to the process and not intended to challenge her time management. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I have decided not to return to this establishment.

Really good service and ice cubes of course wonderful and no complaints at all. I've been visiting Port St. Lucie and a discounted gift card from Sams Club so I came over and they were very friendly. The lady behind the counter was a Dallas cowboys fan. She was pretty cool overall.

I used this location to cater for my wedding and it was amazing! They came out with fresh ice cream that was pre- scooped and individually packaged for convenience. They brought all the toppings of my choice and my guests got to make ice cream sundaes. It was an absolute hit and people couldn't stop talking about it. Stephanie was great to work with through the planning process , she brought my sister and myself a sample of every single flavor to help me figure out what flavors I wanted! She was also at my wedding with one of her employees attending the sundae bar. I could not have been any happier, honestly. I am looking for a reason to be able to do this again!

Management is exploiting their workers and stealing their tips as well to pay for some “legal” issue they got into. The employees are amazing and if you want to tip make sure you give it to the employee directly or else the manager/owner will take it for themselves.

Good ice cream but horrible management. Overheard the manager telling the employees that they will no longer be receiving tips and they will be given to the manager/owner. That manager is one disgusting human being and i definitely will not being coming back until i hear they have been replaced.I’ve heard the employees complaining about getting a pay reduction now as well so the owner may pay for some personal “legal” issues they go themselves into. What a disgusting person. I would give 0 stars if i could.

I got founder's favorite and it tasted so disgusting I literally trashed it. I'm assuming the ingredients were old or freezer burned. Not sure but it wasn't good at all.*Edited to add that we went down the road to the other ColdStone and got the same exact order and it was spot on and well made with excellent customer service!

I hope the owners of this store read their reviews. We had a customer service issue in this store and the manager Stephanie was called to come to the register to discuss the issue, she refused, along with poor customer service and a dirty store, owners log into your camera system and see how dirty your store is and fix your management, managers should be maintain cleanliness and meeting customer expectations..
