Well received a coupon for 12.99. BOGO or a lesser priced item. I looked over the menu. Nothing on the menu was 12.99. Nothing. I called over the waitress and said nothing on here is that price. I said that is just to get you in the door? Bait you in? She agreed. And kept the coupon. We ordered and split it. Wasn't that good. Paid the bill and left the waitress a nice tip. It wasn't her fault. But I will not return.Parking: Good luck

if i could give these guys 0 stars i would the fact that we had a 7:30 booking and we did not get seated at all, due to a kitchen back up and an issue they had with being short staffed even though they sat 3 people down who had just come in even though we stood there and waited for 45 minutes and proceeded to have to leave given the fact they did not have seating for a booking that was made 45 mins ago

Bathrooms are hot and disgusting. Service is worst. Waited 45 minutes for a server to come to our table to ask if we needed something . Was planning on ordering food and drinks. We were there the week before and got bad service from our waitress went to bar for my own drinks and server got mad and I still had a 150.00 tab .Two weeks in a row I will not be back.

Great bar location. Terrible drinks and ok service. Ordered a Miami vice and a strawberry daiquiri and a pina colada and non of them had any flavor at all. Not sure how they accomplished that. Bartenders can’t remember simple drink orders. Really sad because it is an awesome location.

Overall 1/5. Would NOT recommend until issues are fixed and our experience rectified. (Almost a lawsuit).Okay, let's start with the good and then move to the bad.The good, overall the atmosphere, was nice, good views from uptop, open seating so you choose your table (first come, first serve). There was live music at one point, too. Some people at my table claimed the food was decent/good. Prices for beer during happyhour are pretty good.Now, the bad bad bad.First. The tables are not sprayed and wiped. Just wiped. So every other persons spillage is smeared all over the table, making them really quite gross.Second. Service was EXTREMELY slow. Now, I don't think this was an issue on our servers part, but more the restaurant not having enough severs for that section.Third. Drinks took too long to get to the table, and the server had to carry them 2 at a time. Not once did I see a serving tray in use. Not good of a look, and your hand are warming the bear and drinks as you carry them.Fourth and finally. As shown in the picture below, I ordered a burger with just bacon and cheese. When I was served, the burger had lettuce and, more importantly, tomato. I was more than abundantly clear about what was to be on the burger. It's not a big deal. It happens, and you can fix it quite easily. However, when the server came back, I politely asked for it to be fixed by being sent back to the kitchen (for replacement). The server argued back, suggesting I should just take it off the burger. That's a big no-no for two reasons. One, I'm allergic to tomato (which I rebuttaled with). Two, you dont argue with the customer ever. Great, so she takes it back. Less than 2 minutes later, it comes back the same burger without the lettuce or tomato. The burger is the same temperature (cold) as well as the fries are also cold too. I want to give benefit of the doubt so I get a family member to take a bite. They immediately taste both lettuce and tomato residues.So now we have a HUGE issue. Not only did you not remake the burger, but your slow service left it cold as well as put ME in DANGER.That is UNACCEPTABLE, and if I had eaten a bite of that burger and had symptoms act up, I would have a lawsuit against the restaurant. This cannot happen and the burger should have been compd. The staff seem nice but there's issues that cannot be ignored and are a glaring stain on the restaurant.

Been there a lot for months! Service was well done! I'm love the bingo, and bands, and more! Then the food price is very expensive! It's 20 bucks for sandwich there nowadays! Sandwich is good but fries taste bad. And anyone doubt that will pay the no good foods in there anyways, I still come to this place tho!Parking: Limited of parking available but a lot of parking available in plaza area
