Loved Shakra’s. Their cucumber and tomato salad was phenomenal. Great sandwiches too. We will definitely stop here again.

Do not recommend , the service was horrible !I went back inside to simply ask for my side of fries that I thought were missing and instead of letting me know that they stuffed them in the same TINY bag with the chicken fingers the owner gave me a nasty attitude and walked away saying that she had done my order and she knows I wasn’t missing anything . Instead she could of had informed me in a polite way that the fries were in the same SMALL bag all stuffed with the chicken fingers.

Amazing food but the young lady (about 19 years old) that serves there during Sunday lunch hours is an absolute demon. She went off on me for a mildly complicated order. Someone needs to give her a serious attitude check because it’s not cute to be a jerk to customers that love eating here.

Erin our waitress is an amazing young woman. She explained how to order should you not want a sandwich you order a platter. Works hard remains friendly and is happy to serve her guests. Hubby had the tuna melt basket came with fries and I had a chefs salad with cucumber and tomato salad and olive salad. Got there for late lunch. Very quiet at that time of day. The shopping center had some interesting stores but no one seemed very busy. But anyone around had smiles and politeness.Definitely an enjoyable afternoon out!

Preferred 2 meals through DoorDash. DoorDash did their job to the highest standards however when DoorDash arrived with my order only the sides came. I called the restaurant for an explanation and was told that they were out of Meatballs so I was refunded. Yes!!! I was refunded however the entire time I’m expecting my meal to show up the restaurant only sent the sides that I ordered. I would think in that situation, the proper thing to do would be to call the customer and say “ Hey we are out of what you ordered. Is there anything we can substitute it with or would you like to just go ahead and cancel the entire order” But, that’s not what happened. Instead I received a partial order which did me no good without the rest of it. That’s bad service. I didn’t even know I was refunded until I called them when my order came incomplete. Call me picky if you want but if I’m paying you, I should’ve been given the option to either substitute or cancel my order altogether and not pay $36 for an order of French fries and tuna without the most important part

Food was just okay. I guess from the reviews we were expecting exceptional food. We had a meatball sub, roast beef sandwich & steak fries. Service was good but food was mediocre & the music was WAY TOO LOUD ?. Probably won’t go back.
