They ALWAYS take forever to even acknowledge you even when they are slow. Lord help you if they are busy. You can easily spend 20 plus minutes in the drive through. Most of the employees seem miserable and act like you behave completely inconvenienced them by showing up for food. The outside window is even worse. Expect to hit the red order button multiple times to get them to take your order. Then plan to sit and WAIT. I truly feel they ignore every window or ordering area but not in yhe car it's like you do not exist. It is sad because I actually really like the food and want them to stay around but how can they when they treat customers this way.

I'd never experienced Sonic and had high expectations but was pretty disappointed in the experience. We order three items but no beverage...a special cheeseburger with pulled BBQ pork, a regular chili dog and some jalapeno poppers. The taste was nothing to write home about and it was expensive. We chose the drive through although curbside park, order and be served in your car was an option.Sonics beverage selection is extensive which may be a strong point for them. Their menu selection is also pretty extensive as well but the number options may be a draw for some, it doesn't seem to make up for the ho-hum experience. For me once was enough and I'll not go to Sonic ever again.My personal fast food preferences are Culver's, Wendy's, and Burger King...in that order.

Quick drive thru order for a drink/snack. Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade, Pretzel and Ched-R- Peppers. Customized with extra cherries and honey mustard. No ranch or cheese sauce. Love it when they are able to perfect a customer order! YAY!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went through the drive through orders a chili dog Chicago dog and chili cheese tots. Come through the drive through to the shift manager arguing with an employee and threatening him in front of drive through customers with a kid in my car! And let's not talk about how nasty the kitchen looked from the drive through eye and the hot dogs look like they sat there all day.

Been a customer on and off, but today ends that. Was a busy day so the wait for service was expected. After ordering my food and returning to work to eat. The hotdogs were chewy, possibly old or been reheated. One of my hotdogs went straight to the trash due to finding a long wavy reddish brown hair in the saurkraut. Very gross. Some smaller items were not in my bag as well. I understand fast food not being fine dining, but it shouldn't be handled by people who can't keep a clean appearance or their hair properly managed. Suggest a closure and cleanup and maybe restaff with competent people.

The star is for the servers nice personality. The lack of stars is for the worst turtle toffee nut blast or more accurately, a cup of soft serve. I returned it once to have them add the toppings they forgot and STILL, just barely a sprinkle on top, nothing inside.
