Absolutely atrocious service.I have never in my life gone into a Subway that bocks at the number of items you ask for.I walk in and am asked what they can get me I say 5-6 sandwiches and a salad as we are at the beach across the street. The girl looks at her co-worker as if I asked them to cook me a steak with sushi on the side. I ask her if that will be an issue, with zero response she starts pulling out the papers and asks me for all the bread the sandwiches will be on. I tell her one by one making sure I got what I needed. 3 women now come over and ask me each what I want on what and I’m like wow hold on please so I can keep up… first one moves the First Lady pills one sandwich as I’m still giving the meat selection for one and wants to know what toppings along with telling me my salad will be done later. I get through all the sandwiches and as they are wrapping them up I ask again about my salad and the lady asks where the salad bowls are. Proceeds to move me out of the way from where she was going to make my salad to move onto other customers (multiple), I said never mind I don’t need the salad I’ll just take my sandwiches that are now being put in a bag and are already rang up but they are trying to skip me and ring the other customers. I said never mind I don’t need this salad and she couldn’t believe that I didn’t want it. I checked out, grab my bag of sandwiches and the handles break. The same lady goes “oh did your handles break and your things went on the floor?” YES YES they did. I just grabbed my things and left.I travel the country for events and have seriously never in my life had service from a subway like this. Sad to say but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone if they asked. Sandwiches are good but service was despicable.

Must of had a new employee. Working all by herself. She was attending to One customer while another customer was waiting. I waited 10 minutes and there was still One customer waiting and I had to leave as I was hungry!

Will was behind the counter on an early Sunday morning :)He was very informative, professional, kind with a great attitude!Typically I don't eat meat however after a night of imbibing cocktails I was in the mood. I had the Monster cheesesteak on white bread that definitely satisfied. Add aioli on one half and the traditional peppercorn ranch on the other and I was not disappointed with either choice.The restaurant is clean, well stocked and convenient to the nearby beaches.Thank you for being open early Subway!You can trust me, I am a meat eater from wayyyy back ;D

DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT MEATBALL SUBS! I just left for the THIRD TIME IN A ROW and they did not have meatballs! I went there yesterday right before closing, so today I went an HOUR before closing and immediately asked if they had any meatballs and the girl said “No, sorry” with a smile. I think she just didn’t want to work because she immediately went right to the back of the store where we couldn’t see her anymore. This is ridiculous! A meatball sub is a prominent item from Subway it should not be unavailable TWO DAYS IN A ROW!!!

PAY! you, the customer are an inconvenience and an annoyance ---- NEVER any sales here, no "deals" no "specials" --- you can't even call ahead to place an order! this business is all about... There are very few Subway sandwich artists left, and the asian lady making ours today IS NOT one of them (tho she is very friendly which was nice). The goal shouldn't be to slap the sandwich together as fast as you can...show some pride in the preparation of the food I'm buying with my hard earned money please. Slapped together with stale bread, cut unevenly, bacon not even unfolded, and missing off one side of the sandwich, veggies not evenly spread out, mayonase applied sloppily with a fire hose...not impressed.

I went to Subway today around 3p.m. on Ocean Dr. In Jensen beach. I walked in to the guy behind the counter telling me that their closed! He said the next crew never showed up or called so he's closing the store. I never heard of such a thing, how do they run their business like this!!!

went here around 5pm and the door was locked. could see the employee sitting on his phone and eating. knocked on the door and he looked up and went back to what he was doing. never came to the door.

Nice Subway. A lot better than that one in South Bay. This is clean and new. They can’t d@$k off in Jensen Beach though. High expectations here. Thanks for reading. You may continue your day.
