First the positive: they make the BEST lemon blueberry scone I’ve ever had!Not sure what happened because this place came highly recommended, so we had a Mother’s Day tea here with our daughters.But really, this place is for adults- Probably a good time to note that a table of all adults was served before us, and the place was half empty.They served the girls (all around age 4) juice about 10-12 minutes after we were seated. And then brought their food 30 minutes, yes a solid 30 minutes later. Now we’ve been sitting for about 45 minutes- people who have children know- it’s really hard for little kids to sit still for that long with nothing to do! These poor girls were all sugared up with nothing to eat for way too long. So when they inevitably got up, started dancing to the music and being silly, they were reprimanded- LOUDLY- by one of the servers. She didn’t politely come by and ask us to seat the girls. She yelled it from halfway across the place. SUPER inappropriate, especially considering how long we’d been waiting for our food. We were there for a total of 1.5 hours because of how long our little sandwiches and premade pastries took to land on a tray and make their way to our table. Our little girls were done by the time we left, and nobody can blame them.Like I said, if you have adult children or wanna go with other adults, I’m sure this place is great. I do not recommend bringing a little one here.

Elegant, roomy English styled tea room. Food is delicious and fresh. Service is good. Varied menu. Variety of excellent teas served in a teapot. Served in China cups with a saucer. I was very excited about having our teaparty. We had made reservations for 8, two people didn’t show up the day of. I was told immediately upon arriving that we would have to pay for the two that didn’t show up. I explained that no one *had explained that to me when I made the reservations.* At the end of it all— I was also automatically charged gratuity for the two that didn’t show up and wasn’t offered the two soups we paid for. All in all, they lost a customer today. You can’t run a business for long like this.

this place is an actual treasure! unassuming on the outside. walk in, and you're surrounded by all the charm. it's truly an enchanting, bright and delightful atmosphere. at the same time, i was pleased with the cleanliness and subtle modern vibe. it was spacious enough to not be cramped inside, even though it was quite the full house! service was just as delightful even from the moment i called to book for a valentine's day date with my mom. we got the diana, which is pretty much the entire afternoon high tea service but without the alcohol. it comes with a teapot, soup and scone of your choice in addition to the standard selection of sandwiches and desserts. the variety of teas was amazing, though it made it that much harder to choose. whether you're craving something fruity or decadent, there's an option for you. the soups were refreshing to start with--so delicious and not too heavy. as for the scones, i don't normally love them because i expect them to be rock hard, but the chocolate cherry scone tasted like a soft biscuit with chocolate chips! especially paired with the buttery spread. i was truly impressed with all the food here (confirmed the classic cucumber sandwich is and will be my fav). we were worried the place was all about the looks (my mom is also a bit picky with food), but we both agreed everything was so good. though it is only two-tiered, don't be fooled because it's a lot! we ended up having to take some of it home...just to munch on it again an hour later.

We had a bridal shower here for my daughter. Her theme was Alice in Wonderland. Treasures and Tea pots did not disappoint. They catered to every detail. The Magical Butterfly Tea was truly magical and the scones and finger sandwiches were perfect. Staff was attentive and helpful. Wonderful place and fairly priced.

Not at all a high tea experience . From the ambiance, very BAD tea sandwiches tasted like they just bought the chicken filling and pastries at Publix, poor service with sounds of employees being loud at the kitchen and not allowing for a private, refined and relaxing experience. If you are claiming to be a real tea room you have a long way to go!
