I am a surf club rewards member and I ordered online to be picked up and while ordering it gives the option to do flat top or top like in shop! I choose top like in shop and I get a flat top! I was told by the employee that all online orders get flat tops so that it don’t spill in drivers cars! Does that make any sense? I told her this is not a delivery order it’s a pick up order she (Sophia) said there’s nothing she can do because all online orders get flat tops! My question is why give the option of you can’t grant it… poor customer service from kids with no manager to guide them ??

Maria and Amanda were extremely clean with handling the food, changing gloves and washing hands! I was very impressed to see that. I’ve gone to many places where I see grown adults not practicing handwashing/ sanitary techniques. Great Job young ladies! I appreciate you so much!

We love Bahama Bucks. The Shaved ice is the best with a wide variety of flavors. Service is OK to good depending on who’s there. My biggest complaint is the SMELL. Nasty pungent chemical smell. We left after getting our treats because the smell was so bad.

I have been here before and didn’t mind the wait as the product was as described… However, this trip all products ordered did not come with a nice cone shaped top and decorations as pictured; not worth it for the price for shaved ice and syrup. My kids were disappointed! Also many dirty table with no one wiping them down or products for customers to do it themselves.

great show cones when made right but the last time i went i ordered extra juice and barely got enough to make the ice colored and the ice tasted horrible. threw away $17 in snow cones. maybe it's better when all the snow birds get here but this time sucked.
The kids working are pleasant for the most part. Disappointed to receive a text for free Sno day only to find out this location wasn't participating. I'm sure that this location makes enough profit to be able to give back to its customers. There were about 5 other disappointed families in line with my family.
We did not eat, therefore, cannot comment or rate it. However, I was immediately impressed that everyone was busy doing something constructive even if there wasn't a ton of customers to tend to. The young ladies were busy tidying up the place, wiping things down and even cleaning the windows. They still took time to tt my daughter who LOVES to talk your head off?The strawberry & banana smoothie that I got was a perfect blend of ingredients....natural ones too ??. The atmosphere was PERFECT! Lovin the beachy vibes. Check it out if you're in the area.
