I live here in Jupiter Florida with 2 locations they are the worst burgers on the planet!!! Nasty greasy throne together flatten bun, as if it was run over by a Truck! Stay Away!

This is a great location. John Haliburton, General Manager was incredible. We asked if there was mustard and they had run out so he actually went out immediately to the store and got a bottle for us. I have never had such a great experience! The food was great as always. But the dedication to excellent customer service made the day!

The restaurant is absolutely filthy, the soda machine is broken, and the food is inedible. We got one bite into our burger and fries before we threw it away. Somehow even the plastic fork dispenser looked sticky. Don't waste your time.

Literally the BEST BURGERS IN TOWN!!??? Guys seriously if you want good burgers, you get good burgers. They are fresh, crispy, juicy, and absolutely perfectly delicious! Omg and don’t even get me started on their milk shakes….???

We love this stop for lunch while in the boat. There are public docks here that make it easy. We have young kids and while we are eating they can run around in the splash pad. It's perfect! BurgerFi has my favorite veggie burger done green style (aka lettuce wrap instead of bread). Their beef burgers are amazing too. They serve it with some cold beer and you can get a milkshake at the end! Service is great...order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Causal atmosphere.

Delicious burgers and everyone who works here is always very friendly.This place also has shockingly good free wifi! It's my preferred work/study location. The view is great and there are plenty of places to sit. Don't cram into a coffee shop!

BurgerFi has good burgers, better than the standard fast food options. You do have to wait a couple minutes for your food to come out but that’s how you know they make everything when it’s ordered, the food hasn’t been sitting under a heat lamp for who know how long. What sets this specific location apart (besides the gorgeous waterfront location) is the employees here are always outstanding. They are always so friendly and make sure you’re happy with your order. A particular shout out to Latoya who is often here when I come. She’s so friendly and such a hardworker, she’s always a pleasure to see.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger optionKid-friendliness: Right next to the Harbourside amphitheater, a great place for kids to run around!

I would like to update my review on this BurgerFi location. The first time I went, I had a bad experience, but in less than 24 hours the manager reached out to apologize. He also invited my mom and I back for a better experience. This time, the workers were very kind and attentive, the store was clean, and food was spectacular. Twice, two different employees walked by asking us and others if they needed anything. They totally rectified the situation by being incredible kind, generous, and providing great service. I'll be back to my favorite burger joint again soon!
