I’ve been a customer for 10 years or more. They Must have new owners. The food was beyond horrible. I threw it in the garbage. Service was great. But I’ll never go back or suggest China Star. I feel bad giving a bad review but honestly it was not worth driving.

Finally found a place where I can enjoy the food, I don't know what it is but most Chinese in this area just doesn't work for me and I've had all the normal suggestions but my Philly food tastes different but this place is so incredibly close to my home place..everything was delicious and the people were very welcoming.the funny part was when ordering another Philly person was in the too,,I guess we become a product of what we're used to....I'm so happy to finally have a regular local spot ..oh and I don't do 5* for takeout...

I have been a repeat customer through ubereats but after tonight, never again! I found a piece of pork in my plain fried rice and was given only 2 sweet and sour sauces, 2 soy sauces for the 5 meals that we ordered! Yes, you read that right! Plus the crab ragoon sauce was only filled up halfway. This restaurant cuts corners and cheat customers!! This isn't the first time that I've been given a stingy portion of condiments, it is definitely a common practice of theirs. They have shorted me on egg rolls before, amongst other things but I've always been back. But after finding the piece of pork in my rice I cannot ever trust them again and will be warning others with dietary restrictions to steer clear.

The ONLY place we order Chinese food from. Tastes like NYC. Best dumplings I've had since moving to S.FL. not doughy dipping sauce on point. Yumtastick fried rice &general tso shrimp or ck. Ck,beef,shrimp & broc yes!! All that I've tasted so far is YUMTASTIC!! They also have a limited delivery area $ yes living 1 mile away we're in it. No worries if you're not postmates& Uber eats both deliver for them
I stopped in to buy the lunch special, and there was a four year old boy on an electronic device at the counter, with a runny nose, coughing all over the countertop, where the food was being delivered to customers. I found a disgusting when the boy started picking his nose and smearing it on the counter. I pointed it out to the woman who was on the phone taking orders. She called in the back to his mother, who was cooking. She came out and wiped his nose with a napkin and went back to work without washing her hands nobody bothered to wipe down the counter. And the boy continued sitting there coughing on the counter. ? I won’t be going back.

I stopped in for the lunch menu, and it was just before noon. There was a four year old, sitting at the counter on an electronic device with a runny nose and coughing all over the counter. He wiped his nose with his fingers and smeared it on the counter, I told the woman, and she grabbed a napkin to wipe his nose and another woman from the kitchen came out and wiped his nose and went back into work and neither one of the women washed their hands or wiped the counter down. Had I not already paid for my lunch, I would have walked out, these people have no hygiene. I tried to call the health department in Palm Beach County, and it was a dead end. I won't be going back there.
