This is what cinema is all about. Big armchairs and that's it. Popcorn or food is ordered at the table. Is it luxury? Maybe for a serf. Besides, cinema is cinema. Neither pretty nor ugly. Normal screen and that's it. Only more expensive. And bad popcorn. Small and burnt.

I used to love going to the luxury VIP seats but they are aging and they are not maintaining them properly. Filthy seats between seats and the back of the seats.On top of that service is terrible. I was denied service twice because she had to take other orders.Terrible experience.

Went to see Dune 2 and was immediately disappointed. We were in theater 9 and the whole left side of the screen was lighter than the right. The volume was so low I could barely make out any dialogue past the general theater noise of people eating, sipping, moving, ext. It did not seem like there was surround sound. It seemed like the sound was only coming from the front of the room. Will not be going back.
Nothing Luxury about this place at all.Fried food tastes like old grease. Lobster tacos were unsatisfactory as the other flavors overpowered, I couldn’t even taste the lobster.Many of the guests were lost as there was no one behind the counter of the concession stand to serve. After about 15 mins of looking around waiting for someone to appear, finally we were instructed to order at the bar.No real structure, low quality food, customer service could be better.

I called to inquire about their vegan options, but it appeared as though the receiver answered the phone only to put it down and not respond. I called back a few times and got the dance results.

Last 2 times we have been our seats were in awful shape.They were torn on seat and foot rest.We had to change seats last time because seat was ripped down the middle.This theater is in need of a serious update.
