Service was mid. The younger guy with the scruffy beard really makes my morning worse with his service. If he’s making sandwiches they have one strip of bacon, he doesn’t clearly listen to drink orders so it’s never right, and just acts as if he doesn’t care. NOT good service AT ALL. His nonchalant attitude is what made this review.

Was literally their first customer of the day, the older women with short dark hair was a complete rude bitch. Only ordered hot coco and donuts and the donuts tasted like they were sitting out since last night. DONT GO HERE

Jupiter doesn't have any drive-through Dunkin Donuts, but this location is pretty pleasant. Ample parking in the back of the TJMaxx shopping plaza, the inside was clean with lots of light. The employees were very nice, and asked what cheese I wanted on my egg and cheese English muffin; I have definitely never been asked this before!Noticed an awesome hightop table in its own nook that is a perfect spot for a meeting or co-working- a brilliant design!Also really appreciate that by midday all of the remaining donuts are displayed in a built-in front counter case, so everything is up front and visible, without having to ask the employees over and over which donuts are still left as your kids catalog and strategize over their options!Was highly tempted to purchase the sprinkle-decorated reusable straw. And... this is why I try to only use drive-throughs!
This is one of the best Dunkin's I have been to. It was spotless clean and everything looks so modern. Beautiful decorations and pleasant staff. They were very fast and I liked that there's an option to pay through their big screens/tablet so it minimizes a busy line. Our food and coffee was delicious as always.

So, I was told by the employee and the manager that I could not order the Brownie Flavor in store for a frozen coffee. I was told that I could only order it on the app. I don’t use the app, this is wrong! I am paying with cash, so I don’t use the app. I was told that is the policy. That is ok, my policy is I will not come back as your customer service is bad.
