Go here for a cool treat like a strawberry banana smoothie and the good morning açaí bowl after a beach day to get your sugar up. Tip don't get it "to go" because they don't put as much fruit vs in you say it's "to stay". It has a nice beach vibe inside with a really cool ceiling and outside seating and a very modern clean bathroom. The one opportunity With the smoothie was that I could taste the milk and I'd prefer it to more thick like the texture of the açaí or fro yo. The staff here were very nice and polite as well.

they randomly close early for no reason apparently ?? got there at 7:30PM TODAY after dinner and it was lights off and chairs turned over. that's odd! i guess their store hours are up to their discretion, a bunch of sad tweens I had to deal with.

We received a gift certificate for this place nearly 2 years ago and finally stopped by. Based on the reviews and pictures it looked really good.My experience was disappointing. There were not many frozen yogurt options and the two my daughter wanted were not working. I asked the girl behind the counter (she had no customer service skills) She said she had to reset the machine for it to start and walked away. It didn't start. She didn't seem concerned at all... Another guy came out and attempted to get them started multiple times. It took more than 15 minutes for my daughter to get some frozen yogurt. I had wanted to try an acai bowl and maybe the coffee I had seen in the reviews but lost interest I just got a bit of coffee/ chocolate yogurt with chocolate chips. The place seemed drab and could use a refresher and some better employees. I probably won't go back even with more money on the certificate. My daughter did like hers after we finally got it. I thought it was okay... nothing special.... but not worth it.

4 to 2. For 4+ years this was go to on monthly basis. Iced coffee/tea and yogurt. Continues to seem to slide down hill. From low energy of staff to constantly broken yogurt machines. Sad to see - hope they step it back up.

In the past I've had okay experiences at this shop but the last 3 times I've gone one or more items included in the frozen yogurt have just tasted downright bad. It's items that are very hard to mess up such as plain chocolate ice cream or hot fudge. This has left me incredibly dissatisfied but knowing that I had previous good experiences, it maintains a 3 star review in my opinion. This could it could not be your experience but personally, I would not recommend this over other local options
Best açaí bowl I've had in a long time. They have A LOT to offer and do so much more than açaí bowls. Staff was excellent and expedient. Can't wait to go back!

Place used to be great and ran even better. Quality has been going down over time and now they don’t even serve açaí after 6. Used to be a great spot.

Been coming here for a while never had a problem till today .. when I walked in they where moping in the floor .. half of the flavors where not working .. and to top it off they said the kitchen was closed and where not willing to make a açaí bowl for me .. bad customer service .. needless to say I will never be coming here again.
