I've been to EVO several times now & it impresses me more each visit. Melissa the manager is gracious & efficient. Our server, Kristi made our evening so enjoyable with her vivid descriptions of the specials & her attentive but not overbearing nature. Erik the Capo has a great team... BravoThe meals were so so tasty!! The bread is great. The menu choices aren't limited & the fresh halibut was fantastic. Will revisit again with BigBoss ( my wife)I'm confident , she'd love it!!Bravo EVO... Bravo!!

this restaurant is by far the best in this area ,been there a bunch time, and no matter what we order at the end, we always end up saying that was the best that we ever had

Service is good but owner walks around and snubs new comers for regulars. The food is normally outstanding but can vary. Ambiance is very good indoors.

A wonderful dining venue. Food was tasty, service impeccable. This restaurant is comparable to any high end NYC restaurant. Italian cheesecake was yummy.

Boy what a disappointment. First time going to Evo, I looked it up online, saw pictures of the food and was downright excited with the menu and the food. I am a huge fan of Clams Oreganata and despite the high price of $26, I figured it would be worth it as my appetizer. It was a joke, a very small portion of very small clams. The first two did not even contain the clams, just the breadcrumbs. I had to send it back and the waiter was nice enough to offer to take it off the bill. My main was Veal Evo and while it was not as bad, it was ordinary and uninspired and $46. I am not cheap, dinner for two generally costs me $200-$220 before tip, but these price points direct you to a higher than average expectation, and they simply did not deliver. Period, end of story. Not quite the end actually, the bill came and included the $26 clams.

You've got to be kidding me. Another outstanding over the top, dining experience! From the time we were greeted at the door, to drinks at the bar with Ashley, to our dinner service with David everything was exceptional! culinary experience. Unbelievable! We can't wait till our next visit.

Last night was our first dining experience at EVO Italian and it was amazing. The food, service and atmosphere couldn't have been better. Kristine, our server, was so friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. I had the Veal Chop, which was perfectly prepared and the best veal chop I have ever had. It had so much flavor and was so tender. My wife had the Shrimp Parmigiana, which she said was the best she ever had. We also liked that the noise level was moderate and not nearly as loud as many other restaurants in this area. We had reservations at another Italian restaurant in Jupiter, which is very good, but we decided to cancel it and come back to EVO.

Nothing around even compares. Evo is on a totally different level. If you're serious, this is it.

Evo is our favorite place to eat dinner, and has been for over 17 years. We had the calamari and Caesar salads to start - amazing and fresh. The sauce for the calamari is a touch spicy, but you can ask for it on the side and dip. The salad dressing is delicious - comes with anchovies if you like. The main course is amazing - I can hardly ever deviate from my favorite of Sunday Gravy. The chicken piccata, the carbonara and the Bolognese are all delicious and come with plenty of food, enough for leftovers the next day. We indulged in dessert and had a Tiramisu, cheesecake and chocolate cake - all delicious. In addition to the food, the service is impeccable. A favorite of my family for many years and will continue to be!
