I'll preface this review with the fact that I'm a big fan of Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately, this location (Jupiter Farms) is a poor example. From the bread (dry to boarder line stale) to the quantity of the roast beef (ordered a giant but had the amount usually served on a regular;7 slices, to the employee apparently too distracted by something to follow simple instructions without repeated requests. I wouldn't be so negative if this was a one off occurrence but this is the third and last time I will go to this location. The Jupiter Chasewood Plaza Jersey Mike's is superior in every regard as is the location in Abacoa.

Wasn't to bad I couldn't eat my sandwich and sit and relax it was so cold in there. The girls weren't the friendless that's for sure. The sandwich had a good presentation and wasn't bad but that's all I can say. And alot of people were complaining about it being cold in there.

The menu on the wall says the club includes bacon. You shouldn't have to fight to get it. Maybe if the staff cared at all...

Worst customer service experience of my life. The staff was rude and my order was wrong. How hard is it to read an online order? Called back to ask for a refund for this being the 5th time of them getting my order wrong, and felt as if the manager did not even care about the amount of money I've spent and for it to be the Wrong sub. Definitely will Never be going back.

Really don't get the hype with Jersey Mike's . Definitely a step up from Subway or some of those other fast food sub shops but still nothing great. Not crazy about the super soft roll with no crunch. That being said everything on my Philly was pretty fresh.

MORE THAN ONCE I RECIEVED A CLUB SADWICH WITHOUT BACON. YOU HAVE TO GO IN TO THE STORE WATCH THEM MAKE IT AND MAKE SURE YOU GET BACON. DONT LEAVE WITOUT CHECKING FOR BACON. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AT 4 DIFFERENT JERSEY MIKES. THEY PROBABLY TEACH EMPLOYEES TO LEAVE OUT THE BACON. AFTERALL BACON IS EXPENSIVE.

Ordered delivery from here a week ago and did not receive our subs to order. Let that one go. Ordered delivery today, received 2 out of the 3 of our subs. Called the store to get the third delivered since I paid for delivery and paid for the sub. They seemed totally confused, gave attitude and one employee I spoke to could barely complete a sentence and stated he was the one in charge. I believe his name is Alejandro. Absolutely zero customer service. Worst experience ever, they either need to close or actually interview the people they hire.

Check your mobile order before leaving. Ordered a #7 and was given an Italian soaked in oil and vinegar. Staff were accusatory and unhelpful over the phone. Obviously nobody has time to drive back to return a sub on their lunch break. Would have tried to eat but it had obviously been sitting for a while and was soggy. I placed my order 15 minutes prior to arriving.
You guys should be embarrassed and ashamed !!! I just paid $19 for a bread sandwich !!! Complete rip off shame on you!!!!

This Jersey Mike's is one of the best I have been to. And I grew up near the original store in NJ. I always stop in when I am in the area. Like a well oiled, vey efficient machine! Excellent service from a friendly manager and staff.

Best Jersey Mike's in Florida! Just like Point Pleasant Beach. Friendly greeting, happy workers and a full sandwich of meat. Other places I have to order extra meat to cover both ends of the sub.
