I would not give them a star I've been before and usually pretty good Tonight they game me the wrong pizza yes I should have checked it but I order it in store so I would have thought Took it back to exchange. No offer of a gift card half off then took my correct pizza home it was soggy and Luke warm. Call they said they would make me a new one they did It was ok So 3 trips 3 pizza 20 miles of drive for a so so pizza I guess this is what is the new norm By the way the makes you give at least 1 star

Great service! Fast! I ordered the pizza through Caesars app.. The app. told me what time the pizza would be ready, about 15-20 minutes. I headed to the store, got there a few minutes early, checked the app. and it said the pizza was ready for pick-up..... early. I went inside and typed my order number into a payment type keyboard and it unlocked a keep warm oven with a glass door. I took my hot pizza and my wings our. Very fast and painless system! I had a great coupon. Large pie with extra cheese and pepperoni for $3.00. I never ate Little Caesars before so I didn't know what to expect. The pizza was excellent for $3.00! Not as good as your local family owned fresh made pizza but it wasn't bad. I'm a pizza snob so I doubt I would go back without a great coupon.

No one wears gloves, or hair nets, I was in there for 20 mins and not once did anyone wash their hands after handling money and touching multiple services. It was disgusting

I got a discount code from T-Mobile and this Little Cesar's refused to use it. They refused to work with me and they just told me they don't accept T-Mobile's discount.

Calzone was advertised as "hot and ready", aka the only reason anyone would choose Little Caesars. So I ordered. Waited 15 minutes, guy asks "what did you have again?". Then I watch them go back and quickly make the thing from scratch and put it in the oven.Then they tried to convince me it was because the calzone just takes 10 times as long to cook or something, but I was just thinking how this is what 1 star reviews were made for and started typing this
This is the last time i come to this location. There is always something wrong. Check your order before you leave your lucky to get cheese on your pizza. I guess their breadsticks now are just a just a stick of bread with nothing on it.

Terrible customer service. The employees are just there to do their job (barely) and collect a paycheck. They are not friendly and the store looks really dirty when you enter. It certainly doesn't feel like a clean environment... The pizza was what you expect for this type of place. At least it came with enough pepperoni this time. Last time we ordered the Extra Most Bestest, it didn't come with extra pepperoni. Kooky Dessert was pretty good. It's served cold and i liked it.

Very dissatisfied. Order my 3 pizzas got my email confirmation and got there and nothing. I showed my order and they said they didn’t receive it.
