I made a mobile order for this location March 9th 2024 at approximately 3am. When I arrived at the store it was closed despite the sign on the door saying, 'Drive thru open 24 hours". I noticed young female manager and two employees out back smoking cigarettes. I told her I placed a mobile order. She said the were closed between 3 and 5 am everyday. I said the sign says, 24 hours. She said were closed, come back at 5. Very rude and could'nt care less. But wait, it gets worse. I've being calling McDonald's customer support number over 35 times in the last 38 days to lodge a complaint. They just keep telling me they'll send my concerns to the owners, the regional office and corporate office and someone will call you back. So far, no refund or call back. The phone at store disconnected. I went to talked to the day manager Juan about 3 weeks ago and he said, Sorry, no refund. Call corporate. I've never been treated with such disdain from a company in a long time. Still trying to get it resolved.

I came at 6 am on April 11th for breakfast. The nice lady took my order quickly and I pulled forward. She informed me she was the only one there yet got my order out in minutes even with a line. Great service!!!

Honestly average! We order our menus which complement the shakes. They come to tell us that the ice machine is broken but that we can replace it. Ok instead we select Sundays. They bring us the Sundays immediately and we had to wait about 15 minutes for the dishes so the Sundays were completely melted. In a happy meal they played wrong. A sauce was forgotten. We speak English but the waiter didn't seem to want to pretend to understand us. In short, fortunately we live far away so there is no risk of us coming back.

No one spoke to us. They all walked around like robots. No smiles or any kind of customer service. The food was actually good but I went up to get a refill on my sweet tea I was told that they do not give refills on sweet tea. I can't ever remember not being able to get a refill on my drinks at McDonald's.
