The employee in the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t expect exceptional customer service but i have never felt so disrespected in my life. He has no manners. He is in desperate need of basic customer service training.I had to walk inside and place my order and asked to speak with the manager because i was so disgusted in the way i was spoken to. The manager apologized on the employee’s behalf.

Food was prepared fresh. I was literally at Mcondals for 2 min and I received my stuff super fresh. The nuggets was so crispy. The fries had just the right amount of salt. Service was excellent also. ?Kid-friendliness: So I don't have kids. I have dogs. Maybe adding a doggy menu. My dog needs more than chicken nuggets.

Horrible service, they wouldn't even give me what I paid for. Plus I only got 1/2 a mcflurry. When we asked for a full one, we were denied abs told to be happy we got anything.

The restaurant was spotless, clean and garbage in the parking lot. Service was efficient. Employees were on top of their game, attentive and polite. Jonathan was polite and made sure I had an A+ customer experience. A lot of fast-food places should be learned from this location.
