The worst meal I have had have in the six years living in the garden . We sat down at 1:59 and we are still here at 3:31 . Food was horrible , steak ordered medium, came out well done . Steak sandwich's were all wrong , ordered one with no onions one with no mushrooms. We sent back and they came back quick . She said the cook picked out the pieces of mushrooms . Sons Burger came plain, should have had cheese and ketchup. Sent that back . Horrible horrible service ! The worst spend of $141 ever and will probably never enter an outback again . Haley Jacques, you should be embarrassed to have your name in the door .

For an outback you expect outback food, and thats exactly what this place provides but what made it stand out is that we picked up togo and they forgot our blooming onion, our fault we shouldve checked before we left but the manager said "no it is our fault we will deliver you a new one and make it free of charge" that kind of customer service makes you stand out from the others.

Haven't been here in a while. Was super excited to come back. Super disappointed. The server was very nice and she came by frequently. But... the manager was a bit clueless. We sat at the bar booths. The walls there are super dusty and the seats dirty AF. Had to use our cloth napkins to wipe the whole place down because it was pretty f****** disgusting. I ordered a sirloin with the Barbie shrimps. Shrimps were very nice the steak I ordered medium, it came out rare and inedible. Server agreed w me as well. So chewy and raw that it was gross the meat was congealed with blood. Luckily my dates steak was perfect everything was good on her end. The Caesar salad was super dry. it's obvious they're making a lot of cutbacks. Super disappointed and not sure I'm gonna go back again as there is a fish shack in the same plaza that's AMAZEBALLS! . This is one of my favorite hang places to grab a quick nice bite. It's not Shulas steakhouse or Ruth Chris, but the steaks are decent here. This time they completely s*** the bed. Steaks had zero flavor, mine was basically raw and I was just disappointed completely. We ordered the Ahi tuna appetizer. it tasted like it was old, very stringy and slimy. pretty gross. We had to drown it in their sauce. The beverages were great ( Sam Adams Lemon Seasonal, the Walaby Darned), and the server was very good. Even though the food was dog s*** I still gave server a 26 to 28% gratuity, Because it wasn't her fault. The manager there needs to be a little more hands on in the kitchen and a little less walking on the floor. Cooks need to be passionate about the food they cook. Seems like moral is super low here. Sad.... :-( and

I ordered am entre salad and it was soaked and soggy in balsamic vinegrette. They didn't have ingredients for a spicy Margherita or a bloody mary. My husband's steak was comped because it was too raw. My 6 yr old niece threw up in the car on the way home. Our server was awesome, maybe she should work somewhere else.

Food was pretty good. Server was trying his best, but they were clearly understaffed and struggling, even though the restaurant was less than 25% full. Who knows the cause, but was a less than satisfactory experience.

We had the sweetest waitress ever, she had just been there a week or two from her words. This location was better than the ones local to our home in Ohio which apparently likes to get a bit heavy handed with salt.

Excellent experience at this location. I dined around 2:15 pm and it wasn’t busy at all. I had a great server who provided a great recommendation on food selection. We ordered an appetizer and had salads with our entrees. The kitchen timed delivery of the items expertly. We had consumed most of the appetizer when the salads were delivered. The entrees came right after we were done with the salads. We didn’t feel rushed and the table didn’t get cluttered with dishes. The food quality was fantastic! Highly recommend this location!
