We enjoy the staff who are friendly and competent and give us good service. The staff is friendly because they see" US "3 times a week --throughout the year. The "US" is about a conference table full of senior softball players who meet for coffee every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I have tried to contact the marketing department on numerous occasions and have failed to get any response whatsoever. So I hoping I get some response from the Powers To Be through this venue.

putting aside the food and questionable management the one thing I did appreciate about this Panera bread was the customer service. Specifically, the employee, Katherine. You can really tell she is on her A game. I have came in a few times and she has been the cashier and i got the proper customer service you should be getting a place like Panera. Do appreciate ur kinda attitude and service!

MEGAN..... the MANAGER was very very rude. I had a complaint that my bowl of soup was as small as a cup of soup. So I went to the cash register to see if I could just pay for a cup of soup since i was paying 3 dollars more for a bowl. This manager ripped my food out of my hands and wouldn't even give it back to m e even though i payed for it. I asked her to please give it back and she said no she would make me a cup. Megan refused to give me my food even though I payed for it. I can understand if they didn't want to give me money back as this is Panera policy. But to hold my food hostage that I payed for is crazy. She sent such bad vibes. She refused to give it back to me . So I asked for my money back. Then the manager said I was a problem since I walked in the door. Funny thing is.... I only had pleasant things to say to the lady that checked me out. We were laughing about the weather outside. I sat down and waited for my food and played my game candy rush. Once my name was called, i went to go get my food. This manager didn't know what to say and tried to tell me I was the problem. I was so shocked what this manager said about me. I directly turned to the only lady that I spoke to and checked me out. I asked her if I was an issue. This worker said... no I was no issue at all right in front of the manager Megan. So now this manager was caught lying.Panera..... please go watch the video...She is a terrible manager and should not be in the food industry when someone has a valid complaint. She didn't know what to say, so she said I was the problem. I did nothing but complain my bowl of soup was not full at all. I left the store speaking with her staff and they were all friendly, except this manager with a power trip. This lady needs to go! As a manager, you are going to get complaints and not happy customers. But you don't go ripping paid food out of a customers hand because they are not happy. Here is a picture of her holding my food hostage... you can't make this stuff up.

The food can be iffy at times but the service is very good. The workers at this specific Panera bread are happy to help with whatever you need. They are obviously very sweet and keep the tables clean. They always stay busy and are never distracted. There is one employee in particular that serviced me, Katherine, and she was very friendly and attentive. She makes the experience 100x better.

I used to frequent this location often and now I would never suggest this to anybody. I used the bathroom, it was extremely dirty and neglected. The restaurant was filthy, I was getting food to go and I was shocked people were sitting to eat. Pastry case full of dust and food that had been sitting under heat lamps endlessly. No gloves being used, staff securing and more. Would be truly shocked if the restaurant didn’t go out of business soon.

Don't like giving bad reviews, but this place is disgusting. Looks like they've never cleaned their outside tables ever..... their windows were dirty, as was the front door dingy. If it's that bad outside, how's the kitchen? I could not eat here.....

Very bad customer service, I don’t recommend. They gave me an incomplete order two times, and when I would go and kindly ask for avocado for my Chicken Chipotle AVOCADO sandwich that they gave me without, the people working were all hiding and avoiding to assist me. Some straight up ignored me when I said Hi. That sucked, and it makes customers feel like they’re annoying when they gave me an incomplete order in the first place. For people with social anxiety like me I suggest you go somewhere else, but it’s a shame because I love Panera and it’s the only one in the area!

All tables are ALWAYS dirty and what gets me mad is that the busser was on her phone for the whole time I ate, she was just laughing and laughing while looking at her phone, and in the meantime people were trying to actually find a clean table. This location needs better employees, they are just so unexperienced.

Friendly staff, Plenty of space but the staff needs more employees to keep up with bussing and cleaning table tops , wiping seats and floors .Unfortunately people bring their BRATTY , ENTITLED CHILDREN AND TEENS ; allowing them to behave HORRIBLY towards the establishment.TEACH YOUR CHILDREN MANNERS AND RESPECT FOR PUBLIC places where people are dining!HAVE MANNERS ! Don't Allow your BAD parenting to effect others Negatively!Train Your children to behave properly in public!There were VILE people in here allowing the kids and teens toss food on the floor and all over booths !If you see that, THROW THEM OUT !Kudos to the staff for keeping their composer and politeness.JUST BECAUSE THEY CLEAN UP DOESN'T GIVE YOU AN EXCUSE OR ENTITLED TO PURPOSELY MAKE A MESS !This Particular location DOES NEED ; DESPERATELY A RENOVATION of Interior and OutsideVegetarian options: Vegan and Vegetarian is EXTREMELY LIMITED!Only the Mediterranean sandwiches and fruit, Tomatoe soup is available for vegetarian, there is Tuna available as well as only egg.I won't recommend for ANYONE with Nut, Egg and Gluten allergies to eat here. Not worth the risk.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but vert difficult in bathroom, extremely tight space.
