It was a very cozy atmosphere. Food and the appetizer were equally delicious. If available I would suggest the maple glaze brussel sprouts with bacon. LOVED IT. The fresh fish (snapper) picatta style over linguine was so delicious.I would definitely return for another great experience. Thank you

The little hole in the wall GEM found in the ever evolving town of Jupiter FL.It’s so gratifying to see passion behind a class act’s vision for their dream in life. If you haven’t had the chance yet, go visit this beautifully restored historic piece of property and prepare yourself for a wonderfully adorned oasis of a back yard, for a cozy and intimate date night environment. My lady and I went there yesterday for a beautiful dinner. The experience from start to finish was perfect. Be sure to request the table top for 2 located in back garden for a date night sure to impress. Before you leave. Make sure to ask for Ernie and you’ll see a man destined to make a mark in the history of this town. Will definitely return.Ernie has gained 2 life-long friends.

We had the most enchanting evening with friends at the Sims House. Starting with Southwestern Eggrolls, Sriracha edamame and prosciutto-wrapped figs, each dish bursting with flavor. The locally caught fish were cooked to perfection as was my steak dish and salad. An impressive wine list and a host of beers... sitting under palm trees with twinkling lights... everything was magical. It's so nice to be able to enjoy our weather dining alfresco. All dishes were done to perfection (wish I had taken photos). We enjoyed desserts of creme brulee and chocolate brownie cheesecake. Please keep this place a secret so we can still get in to enjoy?

I'm almost afraid to write the review, want to keep this place a secret!! Wanted to go somewhere different for our anniversary. This place is amazing. I have loved this house since I was a kid, so happy as to what it has become. We were greeted the moment we walked in. Choose to sit outside. There honestly isn't enough stars to give it. Food was great, service was great and big food portions. Scott our waiter was spot on with his recommendations. Will definitely be back! Oh, make sure to safe room for dessert!

How does it Feel

What a great corporate event held at this historic landmark! I can see why this place has such a great following! We had such a great experience we had our corporate planner book 6 more events over the course of this year! The service was 5 stars! The food was 5 stars‼️ the atmosphere and energy are 5 stars‼️ A local was at our event and she told us this place is a hidden gem that regulars don’t want you to know about it so they try to discourage others from going! It’s brilliant but I am not sure the owners would agree. We did hear a rumor that a Miami developer is trying to buy it to redevelop the entire block because neighbors would rather see a new development for the housing shortages for the gated workers in the community. If it’s any inclination that jetty’s just being sold for millions and the community wanting more housing.

The sims house is the hidden gem of Jupiter . The food is excellent, especially the fresh local caught lobster tail and coconut shrimp. The ambiance and historical element provide a truly unique dining experience.

The first time I went there was for my boyfriends birthday. We went with another couple. The place was charming. We had the best food, wine and service. We were not rushed through dinner and enjoyed our night. We have been back...and often.

“IF YOU HAVENT FOUND THIS PLACE, ITS BECAUSE THE LOCALS REALLY DONT WANT YOU TO REALLY KNOW ABOUT IT”On January 12th my wife and I went to “The Sims House” for our anniversary dinner and it was amazing. I loved the Snapper piccata the portion was about double of any other restaurant usually it’s a small 4oz piece. My wife had the meatloaf and I guess it brought back a nostalgia feeling to her from a old restaurant she use to go to as a kid. The restaurant really scored me some cool points with the wife. Everything about the restaurant is just neat from the ambience outside and inside to the laid back waitstaff. I forget the owners name but he was so awesome and so funny. The owner told us and another table about history of place and as a big history buff it was really cool to hear and I’m gonna ask him again to tell me the story again because that good wine kicked in and I need/want to hear it again. O and whoever thought to put Sriracha on edamame is a genius. I wish I’d taken pictures of all my food

Food was decent, but overpriced. The lighting was too bright and overall ambience was poor. Has great potential if they'd improve the furnishings and lighting.

In December , we were celebrating my husband's 80th birthday and it was nothing less than a WOW evening. Our guests had never heard of this place set in a very old home. It is so unique and understated from the outside, but for us it added to the surprise we were going for. Inside it is both charming and quirky at the same time in an upscale way. Food was amazing, Service top notch and Ernie, the owner was like family , making every feel at home . The BEST !!
