To start, I am currently living in Philadelphia. How these cookies ended up here from Florida is a complete mystery to me. Nonetheless, Sweet Thang is listed as a business on Postmates here. I am not sure what exactly I was expecting, but it wasn’t stale, dry cookies with unbalanced flavor. I’m not surprised they are stale and dry, because they are packaged and labeled, and the label shows this Florida address. Waste of $20 for disgusting cookies. I would be better off spending less than $5 on a king size Reese’s.

One star for not being able to walk in an buy a cookie. That is one nasty looking old strip mall building they’re made in too: may as well be making them in an actual commercial kitchen if it’s online orders only.

Performed a Reddit search for best shipped cookies and this one came up. Man oh man am I happy that we tried them! From Indiana and the delivery was fast. Peanut butter, apple and wicker doodle were all amazing. Only thing I would say is that cookies were a little crumbly and dry but no doubt due to the shipping over a few days

Very disappointed. Drove here to give the place a try. Was closed but hadn't updated their website to write that down. Doesn't look at all like the picture. Was in a very run down plaza and I mean run down. Said not currently open for retail. Not a soul in site.

Received Best selling assortment. Cookies with chocolate melted and several of the other varieties flat. Contacted customer service and received sarcastic reply I should have read the policy and suggested I never order from them again. Disgusting customer service.
Read before assuming.These are my favorite cookies of all, issue is they do not provide nutrition facts. When you get the cookies they have a code to scan in which I assumed was a code to get information.I am afraid to buy this not knowing what I an eating, I asked on Instagram and asked by calling and no one seems to be assisting and for that alone I have to do a 1 star. People need to know what they are eating.I'd change once I am assisted.Thanks.

Been seeing this spot on Social media a big thick cookie baked through but is cookie dough-ish on the inside; I bought classic chocolate chip Friday been eating on them for weekend finished them Sunday. Definitely one you want to try and eat every once in while. I went to the brick n mortar location best to order online unless you live up there.

SO GOOD! I placed an order for a cookie cake by email. Very quick to respond and great customer service. The cookie cake was chocolate peanut butter and it was absolutely delicious. I will 100% be ordering again and recommending to everyone.

Not sure if we got a bad batch, but the cookies looked NOTHING like the photos. We purchased them based of photos that showed a brownie baked inside the middle of the cookie. That's clearly not the case. The taste was just okay. Too expensive to not get what was advertised.
