If this was the first time I was here I would never be back, super sloppy, all the cream cheese was in a blob on the plate, didn't even make it on the bagel. In fact, most of the ingredients didn't make it on the bagel, all the tomato, and salmon was hanging off the sandwich, and wasn't cut properly so I tried to adjust it and it pulled the rest of the ingredients off. The onion tasted fresh, very fresh, and the one bite with onion on it was way too much, maybe spread the onion instead of one big lump on a quarter of the bagel. I got the $11 Williamsburg, as did my wife. Hers was also way too sloppy, and the bagels seem smaller than they were a few months ago. I remember the other locations more south being a lot better, will probably go to them, just maybe not this location. Also they low-key shamed me for not leaving a tip, I just paid $25 for two bagels, you want another %10? Cringe lady. Disappointed. At least the table was clean this time. The restroom is always super cleanParking: Good parking lotKid-friendliness: This place is pricey, I don't see a family with kids being able to afford it.

This is the 3rd time I’ve decided to give this place another shot. Like usual it was dirty. Just look up at their vents in the room they make bagels in. They had no everything bagels. Their hot coffee was cold and for my cold coffee there were no ice cubes. Why is this place so mismanaged? This is the normal for the past 3 times I’ve gone and it’s been in and out of season so more traffic isn’t even a valid excuse. Do better!!

The manager that works at this location obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. I asked for a receipt and he couldn’t figure out how to re print one. LOL. He also likes saying stereotypical and racist comments towards minority customers in front of his staff. Anyone who is a minority shouldn’t go here, go ANYWHERE else but here…go to a place like the bagel bistro in Tequesta. They treat their customers with respect

it’s like playing the lottery ordering from here, it’s either good (like it used to be) or incompetent

Phenomenal every time. Right place at the right time. Fresh New York Style bagels. Friendly staff. Perfect price point. We get it to go mostly. However there is a nice sized dining room and outside seating. It's always active in the mornings Regular customers. Creative pairings using the bagel as the canvas. The iced coffee is off the chart. They have ice cubes that are made with coffee. No dilution of the iced coffee as you savor every drop. I get it straight. But they have lots of flavoring options and creamers. I ordered one of the limited time only items. A brilliant use of the bagel for a deli classic. Terrific flavor. Great value. They also offer another classic you see at delis. Corned beef hash. Clever use of their in house products and utilizing the ingredients in classic ways. They take eggs, put on corned beef and hash browns. Phenomenal! It sure which of the sannys is my favorite. Hope they keep them both. Run, don't walk to a location near you.

Mediocre not worth the money... too expensive and they are not even creative. The muffins are not worth the bite - I asked for the most popular one (blueberry they said) and it was soft like bread but lack flavor.... Service was good... the issue with this place is that the menu needs to get creative if they intend to charge those prices.

I've been a patron of Brooklyn Water Bagels (BWB) since 2015. Generally their bagels were good and close enough to NY bagels to solicite my business. During the past year I have had two negative experiences and feel that the quality of this establishment is slipping drastically. In September 2023 I was at the Jupiter BWB and ordered "A half dozen bagels" to go. The employee who took, packaged, and handed me the order was named Lily ( according to the name on the receipt), I returned home, only to find that I received 4 bagels. I paid for 1/2 dozen - 6 bagels, but received 4 bagels. I assumed that "Lily" misunderstood me and thought I said "I would like 1/3 of a dozen bagel", because that's something people order all the time :/ Still, that doesn't explain why she changed me for 6 bagels. Nonetheless, I chalked it up to an innocent error. Today my husband and I went to the Jupiter BWB for breakfast. Lily was working today and took our order. I specifically told her "We are both getting the same sandwich, both sandwiches on an everything bagel, and both of them with cream cheese, lox, tomato and onion." I paid for the order with the APP and waited at the table for our order. Lily brought over our order - ONE SANDWICH! I said "where is the other one?" Lily said "Oh you wanted two? Sorry, come back to the register, I only rang up one". So my husband started eating his while I went back to the register to reorder mine. While I was waiting again at my table for MY sandwich, Lily delivered an order to the table next to us, where 2 customers were seated. Lily put THREE sandwiches on their table. The couple looked puzzled, and then the women said "I don't know who this third sandwich is for, we only ordered two. Lily looked at the woman's receipt and said, look, I charged you for three sandwiches. The woman expressed that now she understood why her bill seemed so high and that she didn't think to review the receipt until now. Lily just said "Sorry about that" and walked away...leaving the customers with a third sandwich they didn't want and Lily made no offer to reimburse them to correct the error. My sandwich finally was deliver to my table and Lily made her perfunctory "Sorry about that" statement, shrugged and walked away. Lastly, the coffee I had was barely luke warm (at least the coffee temperature can't be Lily's fault). All total, out breakfast today for the two sandwiches with barely any cream cheese on them, lukewarm warm coffee, and an orange juice cost approximately $35. I won't be back for breakfast, bagels or anything from Brooklyn Water Bagels. It is evident to me that no one is evaluating the quality of food or service at this establishment and repeated "Sorrys" with no genuine remedy, are disingenuous.

Apparently you need to specify that you want your bagel toasted. I got a bagel with lox, capers, tomatoes, etc and the bagel came out untoasted. The portion also seemed a little small but maybe I'm just annoyed since I drove all the way here and paid over $12 for a subpar bagel.

Great service, so many options for drinks, bagels, muffins, crazy large cookies, and cream cheese spreads. Bagels made on premise.

To be blunt about it,, this morning a lady hung up the phone on me. She had no time to discuss my order because evidently prices and volume of food has changed. I'm very disappointed in the food and customer service.

Went in for a breakfast sandwich twice. Wanted a plain bagel, egg whites, turkey, and cheese. Extremely common breakfast sandwich, especially in Brooklyn. I live on Long Island and worked in Brooklyn before. This bagel shop apparently never heard of that sandwich and tried to sell me a different sandwich once. Wasn't that great. This shop should not be associated with Brooklyn, let alone be a bagel shop, if they can figure out the most basic breakfast sandwich
