Smoothies are 90% ice. That said, we went on Sunday after the beach. Walked in 30 minutes before close. Man working there was pissed we came in so close to closing. He had already cleaned up. There was zero smile with service. Smoothies were blah.

Highly recommend never going here. I have not been in a while due to the bad rep its always had, but my son was asking for a wrap from there as a treat. I had a short break at work, ordered his wrap online and chose to remove the salsa. We ran over it to pick it up and got back and of course it had salsa in it and he would not eat it since it was slathered throughout. I tried to find emails or person I could call or some sort of support to no avail. Their voicemail said that they were with customers and to text this number my concern. I texted and got a reply text saying we don't reply to texts. I would never recommend ordering from there again. I actually drove back over later in the day and asked for a refund. They said they do not ever give refunds and they could either remake it or I could come back tomorrow and they could remake it. My son had already eaten something else and it defeated the whole purpose. This is entirely asinine as it was their fault. They did not even apologize. I would have zero percent faith in an online order getting done correctly and 100% faith they won’t care. Don’t go here.

Just went to get peanut paradise and they said they’re out of bananas…really, many of the smoothies take bananas…how can they we out of bananas….there is a Publix in walking distance. Is the manager/owner not know enough to think of going and getting bananas. If you can’t run the business to satisfy the customer why are you in business?

So not recommend this location. Unfriendly staff. Took 15 minutes to make a kids cheese quesadilla and we were the only customers. The quesadilla came out so crispy and inedible.

I can’t speak to the quality of the smoothies here, only because the one time I tried to go they locked the door and had started cleaning up at least half an hour before the actual closing time. I understand closing a few minutes early, but that’s just bad service.

I asked for no orange juice and no pineapple in a blimey limey and add extra pomegranate I got the most watery smoothie you could get when I asked for no orange juice. She told me I can’t get a remake and it is watery because she had to add less fruit and more pomegranate. It was a girl with 2 pig tails and color in her hair. Don’t recommend go to Jupiter west.

I used to love the Caesar wrap but it seems like the ingredients have gone downhill in quality despite the increase in price. The chicken was very fatty. It came with a side of sweet potatoes that smelled off-putting and they were so hot that they were melting the plastic container they came in so I had to throw them out. Very disappointing. I hope they step up their game so I can enjoy their food again or else I won't be returning.

Place was filthy. Spent 18 bucks on 2 smoothies we dis not drink. Saw the rotten bananas after I went to complain. Not 1 fruit or veggie fresh.

This is the last time I go to this location. Every time I see teenagers working here who seem to hate their jobs. Zero acknowledgment to any customers walking in. Orders take too long and when I got home I see my meal was almost burnt. Whoever owns this franchise doesn’t put the work to hire good employees.
