For those of you who have been to this establishment it is known the wait time can be an hour and half to two hours. However, a long wait time does not equate to employees being rude. When one of the girls at check in was asked about the wait time, she responded with a rude tone. Obviously it’s known there maybe others ahead on the list but it’s the delivery of the tone that is not necessary. When Mark the manger covering 4/13/2024 shift was notified he told my sister he “would address it”. When she walked away he smirked with a fellow colleague“.I understand staff being tired of being asked the same questions and trying their best to keep the flow going, however the attitude is not needed.To the staff at Utiki…keep in mind how you get a paycheck!!! And to Mark, you’re such a great example to the employees.I’m the last person to write a review but the lack of common courtesy is unacceptable!!!!!

Food is average. Fish wasn’t that fresh to be honest. All of the food is not super flavorful. Sushi is the most basic bland flavor ever - I wouldn’t recommend the sushi. Would I come back? No - but it wasn’t bad. 1+ hour wait on a Sunday night is insane though. However, Jason is the best server ever!!!!

Food was good service was fine but was put at a table in the middle of a very high traffic area. When we asked about it we were told we should have asked to not be out there. The host left before we could say anything.

The best place in Jupiter. The wait can be between 1-2 hours, so you must be willing to wait. You can get a drink at the bar and also hang out down by the water, though the bar can be crowded too. But if you are not in a rush, it's worth the wait. The steak tips appetizer is better than the meal, so order that and get sides. All the food is good and the U tiki potatoes are a must.
