Im a bit disappointed in Bolay today. I arrived at 8:25PM for a bowl to go. The store was pretty empty as they were closing at 9PM. I requested the steak bowl and the girl indicated it would take about 15 minutes. I said it was fine and immediately noticed the girls gave each other a look like " great we have to cook it." After the looks i decided to leave. If food is not going to be prepared with love then it's not worth buying it all. I understand they were about to close and they are probably tired. I'm trying to empathize but Bolay is expensive. I hope my experience next time is different.

This is wonderful! I would recommend with or without avoiding dairy & gluten to eat here. Delicious & fresh tasting yet fast & easy.
Health food that tastes amazing. We came when it first opened. The food was so good! It has been a few years since the grand opening, and the food quality has been the same! Still delicious

I got a bowl from this location delivered and unfortunately had a little issue, the chicken was missing. But, as soon as I called the restaurant, the manager Enrique was super helpful and sweet and explained that although the order was placed through Uber he’d be more than happy to credit me for a free bowl and was so understanding and apologetic. The guy who answered the phone and got the manager’s help in the first place was also super sweet. Very kind people and really good food ?
