But, as soon as I called the restaurant, the manager Enrique was super helpful and sweet and explained that although the order was placed through Uber he’d be more than happy to credit me for a free bowl and was so understanding and apologetic. The guy who answered the phone and got the manager’s help in the first place was also super sweet. Very kind people and really good food ?“

“Amazing service! Very friendly, food was amazing, ambiance 10 out of 10! Our group had the goat cheese croquettesto start then had the bacon cheese burger, the short rib sandwich, and the crispy chicken burger with ceasar salad and truffle fries and our plates were licked clean! Reanzo was our waiter and his energy and attention was great! We will for sure be back!“

“This was my second time at a Shake Shack. My first time was a couple of years back at another location and honestly, I was not impressed with the service or the food. Today, my mom was craving a Strawberry Shake so I was looking for a place to take her and SS popped up on the search. I thought I would give it another try this time (near UM) at another location and I am so glad I did. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by Chereka and Debbie. We placed our order and much to our surprise, it was delicious!!I had the Korean Burger and my mom had the Avocado bacon. We also had fries, lemonade, Strawberry and Chocolate shakes.But honestly, the reason I am writing this review is because of the exceptional service these two women provided. They would go from table to make sure everyone had what they needed and shared their beautiful smiles and their lovely disposition with every person they encountered. They should both be recognized for their exceptional service and that establishment is fortunate to have them there. “First visit and I will return but to sit in the bar area. We were seated at a single table in an open space that appeared more a transition area than a restaurant. Nevertheless the service and food were both wonderful. The food was fresh and tasty and nice portion sizes. Our server was kind and courteous and helpful with our selections. “This location was excellent when it first open, unfortunately with time they declined. Ordering machines are broken for months , they stopped giving out utensils and the worst part is their cookies are poorly made now. It’s the worst location I’ve ever been to so now I have to drive to other locations to get a proper make cookie and service.“

“Salty is my FAVORITE local coffee and donut shop, I’m a regular (addicted to the salted caramel latte) and they have my order memorized and are so friendly with me. “Hierro Light Bakery is absolutely phenomenal. To start, the owner Laura is lovely. She is so sweet, accommodating, professional, and truly passionate about her craft. I contacted her because I needed 2 cakes for 2 very special occasions, and she made me feel like they were for her own personal special occasions. The recipients of one of the cakes is a hard-core KETO and fitness maniac, so it was crucial that it was keto, but I also of course wanted it to be delicious ☺. The consensus was off the charts. He not only loved it, but he also said it was the most amazing KETO cake he has ever had, and he tries (and bakes himself) tons of different recipes and products. The other recipient is not strict KETO, but also said it was one of the best cakes he has ever had and raved for days about the quality and deliciousness. Outside of being delicious, they were beautifully presented and delivered right on time. I will absolutely use Hierro Light again (and again), and would recommend Laura and her amazing products to anyone, whether you are KETO or not!!“

It has a unique fruity flavor that is incredibly refreshing. The service is incredibly efficient. You order your food at the counter, and then it is brought out with lightning speed. The decor is rustic chic, which gives it a homey feel. Stephanie's Crepes is an experience not to be missed.“

“Me and my friend came to banana berry 7pm on a Saturday. They had closed for 3:30. The manager saw us outside and offered us in while giving us 2 free large smoothies on the house. If I could give this place 6,7,8 stars, I would. The smoothies were exceptional and it was a great experience for both of us!“

“One of my favourite spots to have brunch in the grove. The second floor overlooks the street with floor to ceiling windows so you can people or car watch. On a weekend you’ll see a lot of special cars driving through on their way up from old cutler. The food is great, no complaints there. The service is attentive and pleasant.
