Ordered via UberEats, restaurant was responsible for delivery. When I called after one hour, restaurant lied and said food was on the way. After 2 hours, they said they won’t deliver outside of Key Biscayne. They made no attempt to deliver. Scam!

The food was ok. I would have given them 4 stars for it, but the 2 star rating is basically because they add an 18% service charge by default to the bill and then they give you the bill and ask for extra tip. What's even worse is that I added 15% (I have the receipt with me) but they charged 20% to my credit card. Outrageous.

Better than the average strip mall restaurant. The ceviche classico was very fresh and flavorful with a good amount of fish. The two corvina entrees - one with peppers and onions and one more like a seafood stew were also very good. Eating outside despite it being a parking lot was pleasant.

A nice spot in an upscale strip mall in Key Biscayne. They have indoor and outdoor seating and it is dog friendly.Went with my wife and we shared the Ceviche Classico and the Tabule de Quinoa. The fish in the ceviche was cut up in nice size chunks and was clearly very fresh. While it had a nice citrus taste to it, I found it to be too salty. The tabule salad with asparagus was excellent.Service was prompt and our waiter clearly very knowledgeable about the menu.

The food is average at best and prices aren’t great for the quality. Did not get a single water refill yet the tip was included.

We had a fantastic time at El Gran Inka! Our waiter Roberto was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The manager visited our table to ensure our needs were always met. The food was delicious and very well portioned. We highly recommend this restaurant!

SERVICE: When I asked about a specific drink, the sever (male with dark rimmed glasses) gave me such attitude, reminding me that it was a Peruvian restaurant and of course they had that drink. My companions told them I wasn’t Peruvian and were upset he spoke to me in that tone. I just couldn’t remember the name of the drink (pisco sour de maracuya). He had no reason to display bad attitude. We honestly should have left right then and there.FOOD: Fast food venues serve better chaufa than what was served. The rice was overcooked and too greasy. The pisco sour with maracuya was equally disappointing. It was basically frothy lemonade. I eat Peruvian food multiple times a year and know what’s quality. Gran Inka is not it.FACILITIES: Last, the women’s restroom had a toilet leak that spilled onto the floor and needed attention.CONCLUSION: So, from poor customer service to subpar food, to less than appealing restrooms, plus an inclusive gratuity to an inflated bill, I can officially report Gran Inka should close down and do us all a favor by re-training the servers who worked the dinner shift on January 15, 2024. They need to review proper etiquette. AVOID this place and save yourselves from a sad experience. If you want excellence, check out Salvaje in Midtown - same prices, better seafood, a view, and outstanding service. For good Peruvian food with a modern ambiance, go to Ceviche 105 in D’town or Dr. Limón.

The food is not good, rice with seafood that tastes like nothing, reheated chicken chili with too much milk... there were no hamburgers... a Pisco Sour, not well done... the service and the place were the only good things. ....
