Stopped in for lunch this past week and placed a take out order for the pulled beef plate and a couple Argentinian arepas. I didn't catch it in time, but I had ordered one beef and one chicken arepa, but what was provided were two chicken. Overall still good and not a huge issue. The pulled beef plate came with soup and some black beans and rice. The meal had really nice flavors and the portion was plenty for sharing--especially since we'd gotten the two arepas too. We got a feel for the ambiance while we waited, and it feels light and airy with bright colors. Not a ton of seating (which is why we elected to do takeout), but for small groups this would be a nice spot to come grab a coffee, sandwich and do a little work. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would probably come back again.

Don’t let the location in a strip mall next to Winn-Dixie fool you! The best dinner on a three day key Biscayne vacation by far. We started with the Mestizo Sampler. We highly recommend it. Gives u a taste of what’s in store for the rest of the meal. It was just the two of us, so we got the Picanha steak and it was just enough. It literally melted in our mouth with a burst of flavor that I can’t even explain. The best we have ever had. Make sure you ask for chef Claudio to come say hello. He is so humble he will say not but insisted. He is the sweetest and so passionate to provide unbelievable food to his guests. TOP RATINGS IN ALL OF MIAMI!!! Thank you Chef Claudio and Salvatore for your service! We can’t thank you enough. Hope to see you in Nashville.

Most likely the best restaurant I've been to in my life!I was first was greeted by the cold entrance which I disliked at first, but they had an outdoor setting too which was great, very warm.I first ordered the mestizo sampler which I had low expectations for since Miami in general had disappointing food, I took a bite and cleared the entire plate within 7 minutes, no complaints about this dish at all.I then got a parilla mestizo which was absolutely gorgeous, that was the best grilled steak and chicken I've tried in America, the meat was very juicy; although my only complaint is that it needs more meat as I finished it quickly ?This is definitely a place to visit, don't waste your money on anything until you try this.
