What a SUPER fun and welcoming Legion! We loved it here. I called earlier to see what their hours were and the bartender Amy was so friendly. She also confirmed they do the American Legion post license plate exchanges as I had one from my IL post. She said it was Jam Night (!) and $2 hot dogs and other specials. I wanted someplace that my Dad would have loved . He is a retired Army veteran interred in Arlington Cemetery and I remembered as a child being brought to places like the posts and Rod and gun Clubs. He would drink with his buddies and my brother and I would run off to play with the quarters for pinball machines and stuff.
