Very busy in the morning, but the food and coffee are worth the wait! I loved the Cuban sandwich.

We walked out of the bakery after being completely ignored by staff. There were many workers there and not one of them acknowledged us. We stood and waited as only one other customer was being waited on, another couple came in and walked in front of us after taking a ticket number. We did not see that you needed to take a number. We were there at least 5 minutes before this other couple and the staff then waited on them, again, no acknowledgment of us at all. Worst customer service ever!

I will never buy another loaf of bread anywhere else. Cuban bread, huge loaf. Not expensive, but I assure you no bread compares. And their empanada! Ohhh. Soooo. Gooood! Do not pass this bakery by.

Busy, busy!! But the first coffee spot we were able to find while in a Monsoon type downpour that was open & had decaf…Kind of slow moving line, but worth it for the desserts!! I had the white choc eclair and got hubby the Red Velvet ❤️

This is the third time I have to leave the drive thru without being able to order, today it was 5 minutes and no one came to the window.

You need to take the 24hr sign down if you aren't going to be open. And definitely turn off the open sign in the window.

Made a special trip Monday 4:30am to get pastries and coffee for our trip home. Although signage on the street, and in the windows, say open 24 hours they are not. Beware! Pinecrest, please replace signage to reflect your true hours. Or at least turn off the lighted sign in window!!

If you like Cuban baked goods, this is the real deal. Tried the Spanish tortilla sandwich and some of the sweet items and all Ward delicious. Come hungry! Can’t wait to try more things here.

Oooo the Attitude is for real if you don’t speak Spanish. Not to mention, the stale bread at $2.10 if you pay cash……………?

I went here about a month ago while visiting Key Largo. Great spot. They have a huge variety of pastries, both savory and sweet. They also have many other menu items on offer. We ordered several empanadas as well as a Cuban sandwich that was extremely tasty and great for on the go. Indoor and outdoor seating, convenient access from both directions and they have a drive thru. The staff was very friendly and answered our many questions about what each thing in the display cases were. We liked the food so much, we went back a second time while leaving the Keys!

Given that we ate here three times in 2 days, I guess you could say we liked it. We had breakfast twice. The pastries are wonderful. Very light and warm with delicious fillings.Since this is a Cuban restaurant, we had to come back for lunch and have a Cuban sandwich. It was excellent. Plenty of meat on tasty bread with a great mustard.Highly recommend Pinecrest bakery!!!
