Went for 2 quarts of Pralines and Cream. They didn’t have it. Website said they did. Tried calling first, but phone not in service. Clerk didn’t speak English. Pralines and Cream is one the favorite flavors listed on website but this location had very few choices. Very disappointing experience.

Service was good and employees were friendly but the building was absolutely disgusting! So many leaks in the ceiling, one tile looks very close to caving in from water. With all the money Dunkin makes they need to step up and fix this building. Only Dunkin' on the island and this is the condition they make the employees work in.

Had a great experience...went in to get a small ice cream cake for us celebrating my 10 year granddaughters bday... asked them to double bag it...they went above just that .. they put ice in a bag in a box then carried it out to the golf cart..Thanks for that it didn't melt on our way back to the condo...

Took over 20 mins in store while dozen cars were addressed.Simple order of no cheese was still added.Water leaked run down store.Of course, staff tired but was not too helpful.

No habla english! Had to repeat and use sign to get what I wanted. Was not the best. I am assuming it was old because of all the bad reviews this place gets and no business. I saw them put a half a glass of milk in it and 1 scoop of ice cream! But I am a tourist I didn't know better. Just wanted to find a place with a parking lot!

Best coffee I've have from Dunkin. My hubby and I were visiting KW. I made an online order. I tweaked the order to add more coconut and mocha. My coffee tasted like a liquid Almond candy bar. So delicious. Thank you!

It's kind of hard to keep business when no one greets you or says anything to whatsoever and you've been in the store for more than 5 minutes
First of all they don't open on time. I arrived at 5:45 AM and the door was locked and was told they open at 6 despite their website saying 5:00. Manager arrived and rudely unlocked the door and shut it in our face and said "We can't let you in" as they're taking drive thru orders but no respect for indoor customers. Read reviews online before going and have to say it matches very well with what is reflected in the store.

We showed up to this restaurant long before they were listed to be closed. The doors were locked. The employees and staff were taking out the trash and informed us that they were not open for service, even though they were open on all of their signs for times.

We went inside the store for ice cream. Big mistake. First, there were only a few flavors available and the ice cream was soft and looked and tasted very old. Second, the place was filthy. The windows, tables, and floors were disgusting. We ate outside as the tables onside hadnt been cleaned- we spotted human hair on one of them. The exterior was also unkept. You would assume that franchisees would be held to a certain standard. Drive thru customers wouldnt notice the conditions so buyer beware!

Absolutely should be shut down- this island wouldn't miss this place being closed down and bulldozed. Workers are incompetent. Product is NEVER consistent, orders always wrong, ordered iced cappuccino and got milk and water. Absolutely disgusting and the managers and owners continue to allow terrible service , food and beverages.
