Cozy little locals deli and sandwich shop. Amazing Steak Egg and Cheese sandwich. The people who work there are friendly locals who remember your name. Only downside is little parking, but if you're worried about parking in Key West then I've got bad news for you.

Locals joint. Good, simple, grub. Wonderful place to nurse a hangover with their incredible cafe con leche and breakfast. Eggs are cooked correctly, corned beef hash is tasty, grits are awesome. The place is a dive and we love it. HIGHLY recommend.

Food was tasty but the lady running the cash register was super irritated she was even working. Having never been there before, I had to ask a few questions twice because she flat out ignored me and when she would answer she wouldn't hardly look at you. Treated the customer behind me the same way as we waited for our sandwiches to be made. She was more focused on chatting with another worker vs helping the customers get lunch.

The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Got the sea cow sandwich, which was so juicy and steaming hot til the last bite (literally, my husband even commented on it). Asked the employees their opinions about their homemade potato salad and macaroni salad because I couldn’t decide. I ended up getting the macaroni salad, which was light and refreshing, and one of the staff gave us some potato salad for free to try, and that was deliciously filling due to the bacon, and both were exactly how the staff described them. Super bummed that I’m not local so I can’t come back frequently, but the next time I’m down in the Keys I will definitely come back for lunch and even try their breakfast options. Definitely recommend, especially if you’re craving a sandwich.
