This is the coldest restaurant in the United States. If you visit, bring a jacket. Asked staff to turn down AC and they said they couldn't. LOL but the food was amazing, our sever was amazing. It was really good. Trust me people.

We came in and it was very quiet and nice but very understaffed. The waiter was very moody when we would make a simple switch. The chicken tenders were in kids meal when I ordered adult and then I only got 4 instead of 5 then got a scalding hot 5th and I didn’t get my drink until other people at my table were eating and they messed up many orders,burnt pancakes,single instead of double cheeseburger,kids meals instead of adult meals. One cook 3 dishwashers kinda confusing one server too.

I came in to get a free short stack for the promotion yesterday. When I walked in the lady was relatively nice and asked if it was just me. After I say I was inquiring about the free pancakes and her attitude went downhill when she says it's only three. I say ok I understand and she asks what I want to drink. I say just water I'm broke and she says I don't like that I live on tips! I say well I'm homeless so at least your not homeless and I after I hear her mutter something low and inaudible probably along the lines of it's my fault I'm homeless or whatever.I eat and within a couple minutes she comes and takes my plate. I say thank you and I'm sure I didn't hear any reply.I almost left the $1.25 that I have to my name but she honestly didn't deserve anything.I've worked in similar positions and treated everyone exactly the same.With enthusiasm and politeness.Some didn't tip, some did. I recall a lady making several separate orders while not tipping the first two but the third I think she realized how genuinely nice I was and she tipped me.I don't panhandle or beg and I'm out here starving. Yet I still know how to treat others even though I care nothing for myself anymore.Thanks IHOP you made my day!

Mid afternoon visit, not busy. Great service, great food. Atmosphere was what you would expect from an IHop. Cafe, clean, smells of bacon, coffee, and waffles. It was really cold inside, but they turned the thermostat up and moved people to less drafty tables. Awesome service.

There was a terrible odor in the building. I have smelled this at another IHOP in the past. The smell made me nauseous. I'm not sure exactly what causes it. I believe if they upgrade the building's exhaust system, it would fix the problem.
