i was here earlier eating with my wife and kids. the service was terrible and i had to wait 20 minutes for the sodas i asked for when my order was taken. it’s like my waiter didn’t know what he was doing. it’s like he had no knowledge on common sense. personally, i would say look for a new job elsewhere because serving is definitely not for you.

i went in earlier to eat and spent about 20$ on my meal. my card got charged 32$ for some reason. i called the place and the manager was on the phone with me and all he said was there’s nothing he could do about it and hung up. I left a 2 dollar tip because my waiter had terrible service. others were helping when he was nowhere to be found. reasonable tip right? i’m pretty sure he left himself a bigger tip which cause my bill to be 32$. again the manager couldn’t do anything about it.. the food wasn’t even that good .. would recommend if you want a terrible vacation experience.

Had the chicken pot stickers and the build your own hot dog! Washed it down with a watermelon limeade and everything was delicious! Service was phenomenal and the performer was very entertaining!

Not allergy friendly. The cook was unwilling to have a conversation about allergy free choices, so we asked to speak to the manager. She didn't want to even talk with us, so we paid for our watery sodas and left. I have a family of 5 and one of my children has an egg and peanut allergy. Bring your business elsewhere.Dietary restrictions: Peanut free and egg free

Stopped in for lunch with visiting family. The menu prices were reasonable ( for key West). It was around noon and the place want busy. It's not air conditioned, so we sat near a fan. Burgers and sandwiches on the menu. Everything was delivered QUICK. Everything was hot and tasted good. Server very prompt. Gratuity is included, but they also had a tip line on the bill. Overall, a good spot for lunch near Mallory Square.
