We ordered buffalo chicken sub, chicken bacon ranch and turkey provolone cold sub. They all tasted fresh and delicious. The service was also good. The staff were very helpful and patient. We had a take out as well. It was fresh even after few hours. Highly appreciate the bread and meat

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. I ordered with a lovely blonde girl working the meat slicer. At first she apologized and said she would be right with me (I assured her there was no need to apologize as she was working so hard)! When I ordered with her I asked for the gluten free bread option and she asked if I needed for her to change her gloves. She also explained to me how they don't do the "mini" size in gluten free, the smallest they do with gluten free bread is the regular so that was fine for me. My interaction with her alone really meant so much to me! I really appreciated her attention to my gluten sensitivity. At this point I thought wow, this place deserves five stars. But then I had two more stops down the line. My next stop was the girl who was putting the toppings in the sandwich. She and the man in the back who was putting together a kids meal decided it would be a good time to throw lettuce at each other. Personally, I worked at a restaurant when I was young. I get it. But not in front of customers. Don't throw lettuce into each others stations while there's people around. It was really unprofessional and unsanitary (they were throwing the same lettuce at each other). I will say the boy started it, but it didn't help the girl did it back at him. Anyways after that I had to deal with the cashier who I can only hope was on his first shift. It was difficult for him to understand the sandwich I got, as he was pressing so many different buttons. But at least he went back and asked the girl like three times what kind of sandwich it was before changing it to the right order. Thankfully I was able to see the screen/ which order I ended up paying for. Overall, sandwich was good, stacked with stuff. But they need to do better with training their employees. I wish I got the name of the girl working the meat slicer because she was the only one who had it together!

Sandwiches are good but it's been at least twice where I've ordered extra meat and cheese and have not gotten it. It was a "skinny" sandwich to say the least. If you do order then order in person so you can watch them. Don't order online.

Everytime I go there they forget to put one of the ingredients in my sandwich. They can never get my order right and on top of it the skinny kid with bleached hair that at cash register always has something to whisper to his coworker when I am there. So rude! Its obvious he is talking about me and its so disrespectful!!! And I am an idiot who always leaves them tip!!! For what, to get my order wrong and disrespect me?! Which is an other annoying thing! Tips are for services and those are not provided here!! Weighters who come, clean my table, bring glass of water, take my order and bring it to my table and again clean after and check if I need anything. While here I approach to get order and they mess it up everytime, plus they always whisper between them or speak with low voice, again, VERY RUDE! Service charge should NOT be asked by system, that is RUDE, put a box or a jar and if anyone wants to donate that is fine, but flashing tip request in my face is basically putting people on spotlight and indirectly shaming them if they dont leave a tip!! Me and other people I spoke with too, feel pressured into leaving tip this way!I am so annoyed and upset, its a shame because overall I like Jersey Mike's, but these guys in Key West are just a mess.

Ordered online and picked up. First-time KW customers...we will be back! I have been in other JM's up north. What a treat. I had the Classic Italian and my son had the Chicken and Portabella sandwich.Easy online order, pay and tip. Easy pick-up.Very busy parking lot at lunchtime.
