I went to the place to order a new cake and the manager/owner was so rude. I was trying to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday and he said to me : “We can make the cake for you, but you will have to bring ALL THE CRAP you want and you can put it yourself”. This is not the first time that I ordered cakes at this place and every time I go he has same attitude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never go again.

On short notice, they made this adorable cake for my husband's 40th birthday. They went above and beyond to make a really cute cake. Turned out so much better than I had expected. But on top of that, it was shockingly delicious. You wouldn't think something this pretty would taste so good. Perfectly moist. Very impressive.

Steven at Key West Cakes provided helpful recommendations of what flavors paired well together, but also encouraged us to personalize based on our preferences. Our final selection was red velvet with layers of raspberry and cream cheese and buttercream frosting, and it was divine! Key West Cakes worked with our florist (Duarte Floral Design) to create a floral cake topper, so our cake looked as good as it tasted! We highly recommend Key West Cakes and can't wait to come back.

I am searching for a bakery that makes custom cakes. He said he does, but then refused to customize it for me. He only knows one way to make a pineapple upside down cake but his recipe is not good enough for me! Very bland from his description. When I asked him to do my recipe, he blurted out "I'm not here to hear a recipe." Then he hung up on me. Pretty rude man who doesn't understand what "custom-made" means. Is there anyone out there who will make a pineapple upside down cake using MY recipe before Christmas and a simple spice cake for my birthday on January 6th? I'll give you $100 for two cakes made by my recipe. I've been making them over 50 years. Enjoy the best! Make one for your family!
