Atmosphere and service were great! Food not awful but overpriced for value. Husband and I both had the shrimp and lobster. His shrimp were overcooked and my lobster was overcooked. Very ‘lemony’ on the seasoning and seemed a bit greasy or too buttery on the sauce. Wasn’t an awful experience just not $50 worth per dish for the value.

The service was not great. We had to ask multiple times to get bread, and it took more than an hour from sitting to dinner. Nobody asked if our food was okay, and the food was just okay.

If you're in Key West and want good pasta, go here! I couldn't decide between two dishes so they let me have a half order of each!

Not real Italian food and a tourist trap for sure. The service and reception was appropriately as poor as the food. Not one I would recommend to anyone.
Pasta was delicious . Few vegetarian options. Slow service .

Ambiance is always great in downtown Key West. Our waiter was terribly slow. 15 minutes to take our drink order, 20 minutes to deliver drinks, over a half an hour to receive food, once ordered. Food was over-sauced. 3 of us ended up taking food home because the sauce was over whelming. I could not find the ravioli, shrimp or crab in the sauce. The 1 person who had the chicken piccata was happy. We have eaten at La Trat many times, and were happy. This time we were disappointed.

Food and service were very good. Sat at a sidewalk table to enjoy the sights and sounds of Key West. Duvall Street is very entertaining. The street was busy and full of people, but no one bothered us during our dinner.

The bread was excellent. The carpaccio was some of the best I have ever had. The entrée portions are huge. (They are almost too big as I felt terrible leaving that much food to waste) We had a wonderful meal -- wine to coffee -- appetizer to dessert. It was an experience!
We were greeted by a very unfriendly, non smiling host. She wouldn't sit us where we requested so we ended up moving our table after the waitress came over. Our waitress was friendly and the food was delicious. Prices were pretty average for a nice Italian restaurant. The restaurant played great music, but couldn't hear it until the live band stopped playing across the street.
