The food is great. The ambience is sort of romantic and the service was on point would definitely come again.

We had dinner with a friend last night at Martin's. I was so disappointed. The food was just okay. My caprese salad looked like someone had thrown it together at home. The yellowtail special was over cooked and the veggies were undercooked. Our server was Egor. He was providing the best service he could. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and we had dinner 6:45p. The atmosphere was fine. Overall, it was okay. There are other great restaurants in Key West that have exceptional service for the price. I really hope they improve. I want them to be exceptional again.

Staff was incredibly rude and spoke down to us. We are 4 women in our 60’s. We were told happy hour is fine dining and that we’re like Spring Breakers. OMG thank for spring breaker comment.

Well I am happy we went to dinner here though it was not our first choice, but we opted out of another place when we did not like the appearance of it. Sometime place embellish their establishments photos. Martin's food was very good and service was very good too. As you are aware in the Keys humidity is a huge factor some days, and when this happens, it is nice to have cloth tablecloth, or at least cocktail napkins under your drinks so when you take a drink, it does not leave your clothes soaking wet. There were three of us we sat on the bar side, which from an ambience standpoint is the better spot to sit. The other side has the cloth tablecloths and is a closed room with air conditioning. The bar side has the patio doors wide open, yet over the entryway, which is open, there is an air curtain, which is running for some unknown reason. If you're going use an air curtain it should only be run if that's the only entrance that's open, and secondly, it should fit the entranceway. This one does not however, it falls short. Really my review here is if you want great food and great service. This is a great place. The rest of my review is meant merely to identify a few tweaks to make them 5 star worthy. The place definitely could use a little updating. God is in the details. We plan on dining here again, so hope to give that 5th star

This place was very nice. Romantic, fine dining! The lobster bisque is traditional french bisque so much flavor. IOrdered the beef Wellington and lobster tail. The lobster was delicious. The beef Wellington was the one thing everyone talked about. It was good and the flavor was on point. It the server it medium rare to medium. I requested mine be more on the medium side. I was able to eat the outskirts of the Wellington, but when I made it to the center, it was completely rare to the point. The puff pastry had absorbed blood and everything had a metallic taste to it, so I did not finish it Wanted to try the Keylime crème brûlée, but they were out so I settled for the vanilla beans crème brûlée and it was delicious. I know people say us medium and well done steak eaters are strange but I like what I like. The chocolate martini is sooooo delicious

We ate here 3 times during our 3-week stay. Every single thing we ate was delicious. The servers were outstanding and went to the effort to clarify the order in which we wanted various items. We never felt rushed, but we also never felt we had to wait a long time. The lamb chop tapas were my husband's favorite. I tried more items and enjoyed several tapas: crab cakes, grilled veggies, tuna, the black forest salad, and green salad. The schnitzel was good schnitzel, but I had forgotten that this is not a "lean cuisine" type of dish -- so I'll pass on that next time. Wines and beers were good, and the servers know what to recommend.

Very nice dinner. Seating was slow and seemed to be confused even with a reservation however we were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation time (even though the room where we were seated was empty when we arrived). The food was excellent the OsoBuco was fantastic. The Schnitzel was very good and they Spetzel was done to perfection (nicely browned in butter). Not inexpensive for the offering, but good value for Key West. We would return!

Martin's is definitely our go to when in Key West. It is hands down the best. I gave a 4 on the outside atmosphere because of the rude server who sat us. We were seated on the patio in front of a very large fan on a stand. I have long hair and it immediately blew my hair all over the place and into my face. I asked mentioned it and the man said "sorry it is as low as it goes!" No..."would you like to sit somewhere else?" Pretty much an "OH Well" attitude. If there were not other tables maybe I could understand.. but there were plenty as it was 4pm. When our server (Blake)came to our table I asked if we could please change tables. He was very understanding as he looked at me with my hair blowing into my face. After the mishap with the fan and the older gentleman who has been there many years...things were amazing. The food and service were top knotch.

Terrible experience. Wanted to try the happy hour which is from 4-6 but when we arrived at 4:30 we were told they had already stopped seating for happy hour, although there was little wait. Was a scam. Snotty front of house too. Old Town Tavern across the street was great.

We ordered some fantastic cocktails the old fashioned was outstanding the espresso martini was one of the best around . Ford was excellent we ordered tuna lamb chops baked Brie and bratwurst the bugs termites were all over table for 3 outside but that could not put a damper on the nite ! What sucked was our server she was rude hit of guest with a plate in head nasty attitude ruined whole experience we are local we face you high marks because it's not your fault it's the servers !

There was five of us and four of us had food from the tapas menu and the other person had the mushroom schnitzel and liked it. I had the lamb chops, shrimp and scallops skewers, and the ceviche. We all really liked everything from the tapas menu. I thought mine was excellent.

Excellent dinner. Would recommend for a special night out. Be aware they run a fan in the garden area. It didn't bother us, but if you don't want your hair blown or you are on blood thinners, sit inside.

This was our first experience at Martin's. Reservations are a must. We had outdoor seating - it was lovely outside until our server the fan on - the fan was LOUD! We asked not once but twice for the fan to be shut off it was not shut off... It was not hot outside and the fan did not need to be on. The food was amazing - We begin with brie - it is more than enough for four people. The simple green salad was just lovely as was the crab cakes. The grouper was so fresh. Our service was less than stellar... Our server did not seem to care if he was there or not. We would definitely go back but would request a different server and no loud fan. Martin's is a must to try!
