Slow service. Small serving sizes for the price. Food presented was not the same as description and missing several items. Would not recommend to guests staying at the hotel. Go somewhere else!

Been here over the years and it's always one of my first stops when I come to Key West. Lance was absolutely amazing tonight. Extremely educated on wines and menu- great personality and dealt with us as a late walk in. We just got here and wanted real good food and that it was!!! Never disappoints. Oysters are phenomenal and grouper special was out of this world! Can't wait to be back this week.

A 40% discount all day for Locals on Monday and Tuesday? Appears to be a bait and switch. We arrived at Matt’s at 4:00. The people in the restaurant and bar had no clue about the locals special. If it exists management might want to inform staff. No one answered the phone. No one returned a phone message. Does anyone care at thh hi is place? We ended up at salty oyster for happy hour Fix your website Matt’s.

Located inside Perry hotel with indoor and outdoor water view dining. We ordered eggs Benedict, blueberry pancakes , waffles , and kids meal veggie omelet . All were well prepared and tasted above average . Must tries are blueberry pancakes, eggs. Benedict and fresh squeezed orange juice, Only cons are tip is automatically included which I don't prefer, unless it's dinner at a higher end restaurant. Service was great the 1st day . In total we spent about $100 for 3 and a toddler . Another day we came back and service was not as good coming from the receptionist . I asked her twice for a baby high chair and she still didn't bring it . Also had to walk to her booth to ask for crayons and a kids menu bc she also forgot .

We had a really tough check-in experience with a host who sought to seat us by a swinging kitchen door even though the restaurant was empty and there were tons of empty tables. I explained this was a birthday dinner. The host said he couldn't change our table. I asked to speak with the manager and he said we could only talk to him (the host). We were about to walk out when someone named Jaynold spoke with me to say that of course we could move. He promised us a better experience. The food and waiter were great but we likely won't return as it felt super bad to deal with the host. Really a shame as the food is fantastic but our evening was ruined by the total nastiness of the host.

Rowdy table next to us at brunch with every other word being f**k this or that. Waitress said nothing could be done and I wasn't in the mood to throw hands. 2 drinks and 2 benedicts = $75 with compulsory 20% tip. View of the marina was nice and the eggs were good.

Only a fifteen minute Uber/Lyft from Ol Town in Key West. A nice diversion. Menu choices, and the quality of food was really good. Our server was terrific too. It'll be on our list moving forward.

We had a great time at Matt's. The food was delicious and expertly prepared. Many of us enjoyed the shrimp linguine with crab. It was soo very good. The steak is expertly prepared as well and the plating and delivery was also very good. I recommend this hidden gem 100%.

Look elsewhere! Beautiful ambiance, but that's about it. Food was fair at best. Three different mistakes were made with our order. For the prices they charge I would expect much better. They even charged us for drink we didn't receive. I took my parents here for a nice night out and it was embarrassing. They even had the audacity to charge a mandatory 20% service fee after making three mistakes with our order. So disappointing.

So disappointing. Wonderful location and ambiance, but ruined by terrible service and poor food. The crab soup was good, but the rest of the food was poor. The waiter got three items incorrect on our order and we waited 50 mins for our food and the place wasn't that busy. This place charges high prices, but has low end service. Much better places to choose from then this place.

Server was attentive and offered insightful recommendations relative to food options. $17.00 for a drink with only 1 1/2 ounces of gin extremely overpriced and certainly not worth the expense.

Dinner was a bit on the expensive side. The She Crab soup was very tasty. The Blue Crab succotash served with the blackened Mahi, was heavy on green beans and peas, not what I think of when I think of succotash. The crispy yellowtail snapper reminded me of a fish filet that was pulled out of a freezer bag, heated and added to the dish. The setting is lovely, the food was just OK.

Wonderful spot! Had dinner there before and it was dynamite this time just did the bar. Great music, plenty of distractions(games), beautiful views and Lots of good drink options, I had Crazy Lady Wheat???, buddy got good Gin&Tonic, friend went with Papa’s Old Fashioned - DELICIOUS- but really small with a huge so more like an old fashioned shot. Shrimp ? cocktail was excellent but was only half our order. Asked where the tots were but Poor Amy was all alone behind the bar and had the attitude to prove it. Thought a 20%+ tip would smooth things out but guess not.Never got the tots. They sound delicious though. Maybe next time.

The server Zachary added an extra tip on my bill. I tried to reach the manager Nicole but she never called me back to solve the problem. Will never go back.
