I would leave a negative star rating if I was allowed. The WORST customer service I have experienced this franchise. They were also the slowest, unprofessional, most unorganized night shift ever. They need to go through and replace or retrain Everyone from the bottom up. Boooooooo would NOT recommend this McDonald's period.
If I could I would give it a 0, I just ordered a frappe with some chicken fries and they didn't give me the frappe. Recently my daughter ordered a frappe with Oreo and it didn't have Oreo, she asked for the bread to be without cheese and it came with cheese, so Please, work well, read the order well, they are a disappointment, a few years ago they had efficient staff, not anymore, it is sad that they work to provide such bad serviceI also add that two days ago I went and the place looked dirty, my shoes were stuck to the floor because it was so dirty, why did they close the part where they make frappe? With the same hands that touch dirty money, prepare the food and put the lids on it and run dirty fingers through it, put on gloves and cover your hair, you are working with food, this place lost the good workers that were there 7 years ago, now It's not the same, they should close the store and do a good cleaning (another thing, you place an order online and you get what you didn't order and incomplete, anyway, hold a meeting and give the workers a raise if they make a good job and motivate them to improve every day

It took more than a half hour for them to make my food when I finally got it it was cold the buns felt stale and the fries were so dry and cold the inside looked like it was bread. Not only that but I’ve gone there multiple times through the drive thru and the manager acted unprofessional.

This McDonald’s is notoriously bad for giving you a medium or small fry in a large fry box. I’m local and literally EVERY time I order here this happens, I always say “I ordered a large not a medium in a large box” yet they still consistently Do this, they know they’re doing it and bank on the fact that you’ll drive off before you check your bag, check your bag before you leave the window. They do this literally 100% of the time I’ve been to this McDonald’s.
