My friends and I are visiting Key West fornour husband's fishing trip. Around 3:30pm 2 of my friends and I visited this business because of the candy apple and rice crispy treats. So to my dismay and disappointment, she didn't ask if I wanted any thing, the lady came in after me. And I got ignored. I don't know if she got tired if waiting on black people, because they all went to serve them. And if your establishment is like that I don't think me or my husband will go back. That was very embarrassing to be here celebrating my anniversary as well. I live in Plant City, FL...VERY FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY...I'm 56 years old wife, mother and grandmother not some young person, coming to get something for my parents.

The worst candy that I’ve ever ate. Old and without any tastes - just a SUGAR. Not good for children. Expensive and not possible to eat and enjoy. I threw it away unfortunately and I am so disappointed. Stuff also isn’t so nice for clients..

River Street Sweets is great! The staff are kind and friendly. They have a ton of great chocolate, candy, and ice cream. Beautiful and colorful interior. Without doubt a great candy store worth going to! Have a great day!

I was here in March 2023 and had an issue. They kindly sent me a gift card. I'm back now October 2023 trying to use my gift card on Wednesday evening about 6.45pm. The girl couldn't get it to work ask help from another guy who had to make a phone call. He then told me the manager had to put in a code so it would work and I would have to return the next day. How ridiculous! It's a gift card,! I should be able to use it anytime not when a manager is there. Done with this place, gave you a second chance no more!
If you're looking for the most expensive chocolates in Key West then look no further. This place is very over priced to say the least. Unfriendly staff who can't be bothered to properly package your purchase. The server also dropped our bag on the floor and she just picked it up and handed it to us like nothing happened. Nothing remarkable about the taste of their specialty chocolates to justify a purchase at this place.

So excited to find a location in Key West! Some of my absolute favorite pralines. This location definitely lived up to expectations. Pralines were fresh and warm with just the right level of sweetness. Staff greeted us and gave us samples right away! Cute store too.

You should proceed with caution. Lots of things have no price listed on them. There’s lots of selections however the bulk candy is $34.95 a pound and none of the chocolate case candy is priced.
