I recently stopped by the bar here for a drink and encountered a hiccup with their credit card system. However, bartender Sean stepped up and made the experience unforgettable.Despite the glitch, Sean remained cool and collected, handling the situation with ease. And he kept the atmosphere light with his friendly banter.What really stood out was Sean's genuine care for his customers. He went out of his way to ensure everyone was taken care of, checking in regularly and offering a helping hand where needed.Beyond his excellent customer service, Sean's drinks were spot on. He mixed up some fantastic cocktail and overall, despite the technical snag, Sean's stellar service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a memorable one. Kudos to Sean for going above and beyond

My husband and I were in Key West and saw a beach with nearby watrlwring hole. Decided to check it out. Beautiful setting, tons of beach space right outside the seating area. While the bar area where we ate was covered, the sides were open so we basically were eating outdoors. Food was amazing, service staff friendly and talkative. Excellent experience.

We went deep-sea fishing and brought in our catch of black fin tuna. Chef Marie prepared it three different ways and presented it to the six of us in phenomenal fashion. Every morsel on each plate was so delicious! It was a truly spectacular dining experience. We can’t say enough good things about Chef Marie!

Fantastic place to grab a bite and enjoy the view! Our chicken quesadilla Everything was spot on...right down to the little hen and her chick running around. Definitely added to the laid back, beach atmosphere. Our server was cordial and attentive to our every need.Parking: This is old town Key West, next to monument marking southernmost tip of the United States, so parking is hard to find.

Very good atmosphere, the food is excellent, the view of the sea is very beautiful. The Southernmost Burger is one of the best I have ever eaten in my life. It's quite an experience!One negative point, the only one. The service does not speak Spanish even though they have a name in Spanish ?

A picture is worth a 1000 words. Southernmost Beach Resort acknowledged that the $33.75 tip was their mistake. Assured me that they would fix it. After visiting the bar and 6 phone calls later, they told me that it could not be fixed because it was “with the bank.” Watch your pocketbook when you get a drink there. Money was taken from me without my knowledge or permission. I appreciate Capital One catching it. But they could not proceed with the fraud case b/c I no longer had my receipt.
