I went there in the morning and they said they are out of coffee than I went back in the afternoon and the door was locked so everybody had to go in the drive through.we got three drinks one wrap and two cake pops it was $35 horrible service to.OUTRAGEOUS!

Extremely disappointing service and attitudes. Local Franchise, not corporate. Overstafed and underdelivered. I've patronized every Starbucks in the keys with horrible results. Then I found out most are franchised locations, not worthy of the starbucks reputation. Everything is price gouged by 30+%

This is a great Starbucks location! I was able to order from the app to pick up my oatmilk chai and then just chill in the outdoor seating for awhile watching this pair of chickens as they were obviously looking to see if anyone would drop any breakfast for them too haha.The inside was small but cute and had several chairs and tables for hanging out in too and the service was great.

Went into this location to order breakfast and a drink since we stayed at the hotel next door. While I was waiting to pay for my order, the cashier noticed I do not have the Starbucks rewards app, then they pulled out their phone to scan their personal rewards, trying to hide it from my view. I do not appreciate them trying to benefit themselves from my order and trying to hide it. Very unlikely to visit this location again.

The parking is ridiculous and they took 15 min to fix a drink that I ordered on the app. Said it would be done in 6 min. Needs better staff. Morning of 10/31/23
The barista who cheers for the Key west high school cheer team is AMAZING! She was very kind and funny. I don’t know her name but I see her at the football games! Every time I come in, she doesn’t have to ask for my order because she knows the usual and makes it perfectly every single time!

This Starbucks located inside of the 24 North Hotel was beyond convenient! Every morning I ordered breakfast on the Starbucks app and by the time I made it from my room it was ready and waiting for me. I ordered a few different type of coffee and fraps and they were delicious. The breakfast sandwiches and bagels were also tasty. Only complaint is they did not have siracha sauce or ketchup. The store was always clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy collecting various Starbucks mugs. I have been to many tourist attractions, and each place's mugs are exceptionally attractive. Moreover, the prices are uniform. Without exception, when I came here, I like to take a look. As a tourist spot, I can understand some items being expensive. However, I didn't expect the mugs in this store to have a higher price tags. The new prices are printed over the old ones, and some prices have been intentionally torn off.
