Laura, the owner, is immaculate. Her staff has been with her for 20+ years. They all know how to run a Subway... to give the best customer service.I have never seen a more clean and well keep Subway.The owner personally gave me a walk through of the whole restaurant.She recommended the new Subway wrap. Which was amazing.I was able to talk to some of the regulars while I was visiting. Everyone had wonderful compliments.Regulars.....Please take a moment and make a review. Keep an eye on your food. They are putting less quantity that is supposed to have. I also asked for more vegetables and the guy was giving attitude.

I am a tourist from Rhode Island. It was extremely hot out and I stopped in and asked for ice. I was very rudely greeted with a comment "only for customers". Where I'm from if you want to make a new customer let us know how you greet a new customer. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this particular Subway to anyone I know.

Wow! I just got a call from the owner of this store in regards to my prior bad experience at her store. I thought wow how nice of her to follow up. But instead of addressing the issues of her extremely rude employee, who would not even give me her name, she lays into me!!! About how I didn't place my order correctly on the app and how they don't want you to tell them what you want on your sandwich if you order was placed online. She totally ignored the reason for my posting. Maybe she needs to read some of these prior reviews about her staff and how rude and unprofessional they are to her customers. However, that was not even addressed. Only how I ordered wrong. What a slap in the face. I was not asking for anything in return and was merely hoping that by informing her wonderful employees rudeness she perhaps could talk to them so she wouldn't keep getting negative posts. Never though she would feel a need to attack me. I have only posted negative posts 2 times on this app. I am the customer and I don't need to get chewed out for merely stating what happened to me and so many others who have posted prior to me. Too bad, I have other choices for lunch that don't raise my blood pressure.

Good help is hard to find do I need to say more I took the time to fill out a survey which I was promised to cookies for after sparring with the employees for over 5 minutes over the free cookies I gave in and cut my losses definitely poor marketing skills at this
