We came to Tavern N Town to celebrate my birthday. What a wonderful place! The menu was exceptional from small plates (steamed buns) to pizza to prime rib and seafood, and house-made desserts. Food was served promptly and piping hot. Plus, my entree was free on my birthday. One of my best birthday experiences!

Definitely on the more expensive side, but some things are definitely worth the price. The wagyu was cooked just right, at medium. For dessert I definitely recommend the pistachio cake, unless you are allergic to nuts of course. The waiter recommended to get medium for the wagyu because medium rare or below would be chewy, and he was right! Medium was perfect, not chewy at all, and very tender. Overall, the typical high end restaurant, very delicious, with polite waiters.

We were first to arrive for happy hour. 20 minutes early so they wouldn't let us in. Sat down in hotel lobby to wait. People then lined up in front of us and by the time we got in, there were no seats left at the bar and they wouldn't serve us so we left. The bartender who wouldn't let us in should have told us that we needed to wait there by the door in order to get seats. Very disappointing. Will not return.

Really great walk-in experience here, on a Monday early evening. We sat at the bar although there would have been open tables. We loved the bar staff, Roman especially was a hoot and a great bartender. Service was exceptional all around, when asked the bartender about a specific bottle of wine, they sent out the resident ‘wine expert’ who (although not a sommelier) made a great suggestion for a bottle. We had just an exceptional meal! The wagyu strip steak was phenomenal, as were the very large scallops (altho I believe there were only 3 on the plate, my bf said he could have eaten 10 of them!). We shared 3 of the very large sides: asparagus, whipped potatoes, and Brussel sprouts. All super tasty, although of all the elements of the meal, the sides did not live up to the mains. Very minor complaint though.Everyone was friendly and laid-back. Some folks were dressed for dinner but many were in casual, beachy clothes. I rated down 1 star for the fact that the fire alarm went off during dinner and it was very loud! Staff seemed to be indicating that it happens often. Also, altho I appreciate having a live musician, I might have preferred a different music vibe. Just me.We had among the most expensive things on the menu and a bottle of wine and got out of there, with a generous tip, for about $250. Not bad for a casual yet upscale meal in Key West. Highly recommend.

The service was incredible we had plenty of appetizers and they all came within time and the unlimited bread was a no brainer not to mention they didn't refill my water to much but they did it enough times I stayed hydrated and not to mention the food is INCREDIBLE!!! Best burger I have ever had and the scallopes were delightfully delicious, not to mention the fries were killer, and last but not least the bar area was a little loud but we were lucky seated in the back and it was calm and the voices and plates clinging were comforting, great ambiance. All around great dinner spot!!!

Worst old fashion I've ever had. I love woodford which is my go to day to day whiskey and I could not have made a worse one. App was good but overpriced for what it truly was. Highly state stay away from much better places to go. Have had better food and drinks at hotel bars.

We ordered from the tappas and the pizza menu. The food was very good— the service very attentive. The food was expensive for what it was, but we expected that at a hotel restaurant. For example, $37.00 for a 1/2 lb. Wagyu burger. I wish they had a smaller option for slightly less— I don't need 8 ounces of meat. We ate here for convenience and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food, but if you are not staying at the Marriott there there are probably better options available.

Food is good Qaulity. Service was excellent at least at Bar where we sat. Gera was great. Filet was perfect oysters were clean and shishito peppers with toppings were awesome. Live music was good and laid back on Sat Night. For a Marriott it was quite good being a titanium member. Recommend one dinner.

Came here for happy hour with my boyfriend which is something they're notorious for! We ordered the oyster Rockefeller, the Asian sticky ribs and the spicy salmon bites. We sat at the bar and had great service. The drinks were good and the spicy salmon bites were probably my favorite. Next would be the Asian sticky ribs. The oyster Rockefeller was my least favorite. Overall not a bad happy hour, I would come back!

Everything about T n T was outstanding. Prices a bit too high. The chefs prepare your prime rib to perfection. Don't understand why they discontinued the rib eye steak. George is a friendly bartender and makes the best drinks. Perfect place to enjoy a culinary moment of pure pleasure.

Everything was amazing. Came for Valentine's Dinner. The manger is very nice and attentive, was all over the floor. Great server (Ben) and of course the bartenders for the amazing drinks (Coco-jito!) shoutout to Roman. Gotta try the Wagyu NY Strip!! Had it alongside mashed potatoes and asparagus... perfection!

Waitress was not very good. So disappointed compared to other times. Expo mgr and restaurant manager excellent. First Porterhouse was way overcooked. The waitress delivered a message back to me from the cook it was correct!!! Never argue with a customer a put the previous steak back in my face! Took 35-40 minutes for the excellent replacement new Porterhouse fixed correctly. Waitress simply was not trained in topping off wine glasses, refilling coffee and bringing friendly. Sometimes in the Keys it's hard to get good service professionals. Since it was Valentine's Night, no local discount, which I understand... nothing offered for waiting 40 extra minutes as others at our table were done eating when the food came. I'm an experienced traveler and been to many great steakhouses across the US. Never had this happen before from my server. Hopefully they help her to improve or find her right job. I'll give Tavern -n-Town another try, however will be a while after that. Still, we enjoyed our evening and were thankful for what we did receive. Lawrence
