I went to the Green street location with 4 of my grandkids, my daughter and my daughter.They told me the smow cones we're the best they ever had and I agree.The shop is cute and everyone liked what they had

We tried to find this place 2 different times and could not find it! We were excited to try it out. The location in the historic part was moved and then when we found a different location on the map it was not visible or clear where exactly it was. Very disappointed kids were in the car.

We went to tropical ice on August 4 it was excellent we went tonight August 9 there were two people working hard my friend ordered I ordered after her there people in line behind me she received her I waited more than 10 minutes everybody behind me received there orders I was last, I ask why everybody behind me received there order before me I was told that just the way it goes. We are here for 3 weeks will go there if those to people are working John C

Tropical vibes is a great place to stop in Key West for some very interesting and original ice cream. The staff was very nice and helpful. It’s really cool to watch them work on the ice cream in front of you. The ice cream was delicious! They also have non-dairy items as well. We will definitely go back on our next trip to Key West.

When looking for a cute “mom and pop” ice cream place to take my family too, I didn’t realize it was going to be a whole dang experience! Their unique rolled ice cream was incredibly good, and you can watch them make it right in front of you…and you get a lot for what you pay for! My daughter didn’t waste her Hawaiian ice! Don’t sleep on Tropical Vibes! They’re the best around!!

The customer service was amazing!!! The guy who rolled my ice cream kept asking if I wanted different toppings thrown in to make it extra delicious! Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had and such a cool experience! Highly recommend this place :)
