I waited 15 minutes for 2 wraps. There was no one in the drive thru and only one car in the parking lot. When I got to my son’s soccer game and opened my wrap, it looked like they tore it in half instead of cutting it. It had 2 tiny little pieces of chicken and one piece of lettuce. I called them for 30 minutes and all I got was a busy signal. I worked in fast food through college and high school. I get it! But they were not busy and both wraps were put together very sloppy. My son was supposed to have no onions and there were onions.

New staff so more training is needed. Staff should make suggestions on special deals. Meat should be completely cooked and not medium rare. To control homeless activities inside restaurants, May consider a handout at the back door for the regular homeless patrons. This has worked at other restaurants were food waste can be high. And it's cheaper than security.

I have lived in the area for almost 2 years now. Every time I go there has been a problem. If you ask for anything to be added onto a sandwich, everything else that usually comes on the sandwich they forget and leave out. Twice now, staff have forgotten to hit the promo button for my 2 for 7, and charged me full price for the items. Each time the manager comes and fixes it, but today it was especially inconvenient as I paid with card, handed back the card, and was given a cash refund instead. Service is always exceptionally slow. Any time I have to return because there was an issue with my customizations on my sandwiches, I never get an apology. Today they remade it wrong yet again, and a full 20 minutes after I originally paid, I was told if I wanted the sandwich remade correctly, I would have to wait 5 minutes for fresh chicken, or just get a refund (which, again, was given cash refund). I get being short staffed. I get being busy. Be nice about it, do not snap. Have product on hand so if something is wrong, you dont have someone waiting 30 minutes for their correct order. I hadn't been in about 4 months before today because of all my previous issues, figured I would give them another try. Never again. The only good things I can say is that our mozzarella sticks were nice and fresh, and the inside of the restaurant was clean when I walked in to get my sandwich remade the first time. They're all very nice, smiling and whatnot when you pull up in the drive thru. Then when something goes wrong and you tell them, they have an attitude. Put more work into training your staff to get things right the first time, and tell them that when a customer comes back because something was wrong, you should still be nice to them. Arby's always has great quality food, I hate that I can't enjoy it at this specific location.Edit: that link the owner commented doesn't work to submit feedback

Food was good and hot. It seems the cook microwaved the meat to long and turned it into jerky. Fries were nice and hot and good.

This was the second time we have been during our 2 week vacation. Both times the food was only look warm. The roast beef was tasty but that and the fries were only cool, not as hot as it should have been.

I love my roast beef and cheddar.But I went and got 2 yesterday and they were perfect I went today and got the same thing BUT IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE HALF OF THE MEAT I BASICALLY GOT BREAD

I’ve been coming to this location for 4 yrs now and it’s always been great but today, I was pretty disappointed with our food. When we walked in, the restaurant was full of smoke, like maybe they accidentally burned something. The young man at the counter was super nice and polite & apologized for the smoke. I ordered the Sweet Heat Roast Beef sandwich meal with curly fries. When I got my sandwich, the bun was cold, hard and on the dry side. They wasn’t much of the spicy sauce and virtually no lettuce. My curly fries were also on the cold side and didn’t seem very fresh. I’ll continue to come back as I think today was just an off day for them.

Really liked the sweet heat chicken sandwich. Hope they bring it back when it's done. There drive thru is one of the friendliest you'll ever go through.

Mid day on Sunday. Lobby closed. Attempted the drive through. 11 minute wait to give order. 15 minutes later, one of four cars in front of me got their food. I left and will not return.

We order a rueben (comes on rye) & a turkey sandwich (requested rye) got charged for it.. ok, cool.. I got nice fresh rye, my husband's sandwich (rueben) that comes on rye was served on the heel of the bread. He said it was fine, but I felt bad the whole time.. smh.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!!There always seems to be an issue here. I was told it would be a few minutes at the speaker. Ok, no prob. Its busy in town right now. When someone finally did come on after 10 min. I tried to order roast beef only to be told they were out. Poor management and people skills. They should have let me know as soon as I got to the speaker. I will be making the drive to the Arbys in Celebration from now on. Such a waste of time.

Good Atmosphere. I made a pickup order online to save time. Due to the days staffing I just had to wait a few extra minutes. Otherwise staff was great.

This Arby's has the best customer service and the food was fresh. The reason for the 4 stars and not the full five is because they were very short staffed and doing the best they could. Yes, food took a bit to be done but the smiles and friendly greetings made a huge difference. I hope you will be able to get at least one more worker so that the person working the drive thru doesn't have to do the register too when someone has to go on break. But other than that everything tasted amazing and service was great.Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating for my needs as I asked for no bun on my beef and cheddar.
