The atmosphere of the remodeling is very welcoming, the girl who took my order was very friendly but when I went to pick up the cake the next day they did not do what I wanted and to top it all off they did not want to return my money. When you pay for something that is not what you requested? In the end I left with something that was not what I asked for...

Night shift employees Paige & Bianca were extremely helpful with my order. My wife has been craving mixes of different ice creams in her milk shakes and they guided us through the process. It really made us feel good that this Dunkin’ Donuts takes its time with its customers. It’s extremely rare to find good employees that still take pride in their late night shifts. Awesome hiring & great coaching by the manager staff here. I will be sure to stop by again.

I was on the phone with a lady explaining how I had ordered a Uber eats and how he’s almost there (3 minutes till closing). She said that they “were closed already”. I proceeded to ask how are you closed minutes before closing, to which she said the lobby was closed. I went to ask what time the lobby usually closes because then why would Uber accept my order ? To which, she hung up on me and the phone rang twice afterwards until they decided to pick up and replied that I can talk to a manager in the morning. The manager won’t do nothing for me and I want this to hit the DM to then notify the GM…to then have this review posted on the walls for all employees to be talked to. Yea I know a thing or two but so fix your customer service !! This is not acceptable and it did not have to end like that when I was being nice. Whoever that was that hung up, needs to be retrained. Pull the camera and phone call time stamp, I’m sure the GM can find out.

It’s sad how customer service has faded and has no importance now a days. The employees here are rude and disgruntled.

Only oddball flavors of ice cream.10 flavors/10 empty spots.No chocolate or vanilla.Also no jamoca almond fudgeTen dollars for two small scoop. Why I just didn't leave I don't know. Don't waste your gas going there.

Staff is quick and we're nice to us and others dinning in. There was a lot of traffic on the drive thru window but overall a good time. Bathroom need more attention.

What bad store is this!!! Wow. Got a Sunday and they did not have spoons. Did not have sirope for sundays. Nothing.I requested a refund but the employee did not know how to do it.What a shame for Baskin Robins!!!
